Wat doe je als junior belastingadviseur?Als junior belastingadviseur ben je inhoudelijk ondersteunend aan de senior fiscalisten.Je werkt in onze algemene praktijk, die bestaat uit een hecht team van vier fiscalisten en er is veel ruimte voor eigen initiatief. En je bent een beginnend fiscalist met enkele jaren ervaring opgedaan bij een Big-4 of groter kantoor.Je rol bestaat onder andere uit:Het ondersteunen van de senior fiscalisten binnen het kantoor maar ook pro-actief en deels zelfstandig adviseren van cliënten over fiscale vraagstukken (IB, LH, VPB, OB);Het helpen opstellen en/of reviewen van belastingaangiften, met name inkomsten- en vennootschapsbelasting;Inhoudelijke afstemming met accountants over fiscale posities en structuren;Contact met de belastingdienst op dossierniveau.Vanzelfsprekend neem je wekelijks deel aan ons vaktechnisch overleg, waarin vakliteratuur en jurisprudentie wordt besproken. Vakinhoudelijke verdieping staat bij ons centraal.Voor een kwalitatief sterke en mensgerichte adviespraktijk zijn wij op zoek naar een junior belastingadviseur die als assistent van de senior fiscalisten binnen het relatief kleine kantoor ondersteunt daar waar hij/zij kan, maar ook zelfstandig zaken kan oppakken richting klanten (bedrijven, dga's, particulieren) en verantwoordelijkheid durft te nemen om fiscale aspecten rondom BTW, LH, IB, VPB, etc in te regelen.Dit is een rol voor een junior fiscalist die wil groeien en leren, maar ook al wat ervaring heeft op deze terreinen, waarbij hij/zij de logheid van een grote organisatie achter zich wil laten en daadwerkelijk iets wil en kan toevoegen.De praktijkJe komt te werken binnen een compacte fiscale praktijk met een sterke reputatie in het MKB, vermogende particulieren en ANBI's. Een substantieel deel van de cliënten heeft internationale activiteiten, waardoor je regelmatig werkt aan internationale vraagstukken. De cultuur is professioneel, inhoudelijk scherp en tegelijk informeel. Wij hebben langdurige relaties met cliënten en zij worden écht gekend; advisering is maatwerk.
