FinQuery stands at the forefront of accounting automation, driven by a deep specialty in contract-driven accounting. Our AI-enabled platform transforms how controllers and finance teams operate, seamlessly managing and accounting for the complex financial contracts—like leases, prepaids, and accruals—that are the backbone of modern business. We are not just a software provider; we are the unified subledger that eliminates time-intensive, error-prone technical accounting workflows, ensuring financial reports are accurate and empowering our customers to focus on strategic, high-value tasks.
FinQuery is the global leader in lease accounting (as recognized on G2.com) and serve more than 8,700 customers worldwide. Our growth trajectory has been consistently validated by the Inc 5000, which has recognized us as one of the fastest-growing private companies for five consecutive years.
We recently migrated our GTM tech stack from Salesforce to HubSpot and are looking for a GTM Systems leader to take the architecture from "migrated" to "scaled". This person will own the end-to-end design, governance, and execution of our GTM systems, ensuring the CRM, quoting, and adjacent tooling support the business as we grow. This is a hands-on leadership role where you will set the architecture and roadmap, manage a small team to execute against it, and stay close enough to the system to build and troubleshoot yourself when needed.
Reports To: Chief of Staff to the CRO / Head of RevOps
What You'll Do:
- Own the GTM systems architecture end-to-end including HubSpot CRM, CPQ/quoting, and integrations across the GTM stack
- Build and maintain a systems roadmap aligned to GTM priorities for pipeline, forecasting, territory/comp changes, and new motions
- Define and enforce data governance standards covering object model, field hygiene, and lead-to-cash process integrity
- Evaluate and consolidate tooling to reduce redundancy and technical debt post-migration
- Translate business requirements from RevOps, Sales, and CS leadership into system design and build
- Manage a prioritized intake/ticketing process for systems requests while balancing quick fixes against roadmap work
- Lead cross-functional projects requiring systems changes such as new product launches, comp plan changes, and process redesigns
- Own testing, documentation, and change management for all system releases
- Manage and develop 1 FTE and 1 contractor by setting priorities, reviewing work quality, and building growth plans
- Establish scalable ways of working including sprint cadence, backlog management, and documentation standards to replace ad hoc processes
- Act as the primary escalation point for systems issues affecting revenue-critical processes like quoting, forecasting, and reporting
- Partner with RevOps, Sales Leadership, Finance, and Legal to ensure systems support deal velocity and accuracy
- Partner with IT/Security on data access, compliance, and integration architecture
- Support forecasting and pipeline reporting infrastructure in partnership with RevOps analytics
What You Bring:
- 5+ years in Revenue/Sales Operations or GTM Systems with at least 2+ years owning CRM architecture
- Deep HubSpot CRM expertise including object model, workflows, permissions, and pipeline/deal architecture
- Hands-on experience with CPQ/quoting tools like DealHub or comparable platforms including implementation or major configuration work
- Experience managing a system migration and understanding what clean migration data actually looks like
- Proven program and project management skills to run a roadmap, manage competing priorities, and ship on a timeline
- Experience managing people in a systems or technical function
- Strong SQL or equivalent data fluency for troubleshooting and validating system logic
- Experience integrating CRM with sales engagement tools, conversation intelligence, and BI tools
- Background in a B2B SaaS environment with multi-motion GTM
- HubSpot certifications in RevOps or Sales Hub Implementation
- Experience building lead-to-cash process documentation from scratch
- Post-migration data integrity issues identified and resolved alongside a documented clean object model
- A prioritized systems roadmap in place and reviewed monthly with RevOps and CRO leadership
- CPQ/quoting process fully mapped, governed, and running with minimal manual workarounds
- Team operating on a predictable intake/delivery cadence with clear SLAs
- Systems function seen as a strategic partner instead of a ticket queue
