What you will do

Develop detailed expertise in ClaimShop workflows, Pricing Services capabilities, supported use cases, data inputs, pricing logic, outputs, configurations, integrations, and customer operating models. Partner with the Product Manager to translate product strategy and roadmap priorities into executable discovery, requirements, backlog, validation, release, and adoption activities. Gather, analyze, document, reconcile, and validate business, functional, data, reporting, integration, configuration, and workflow requirements from customers and internal stakeholders. Lead detailed discovery sessions to understand how customers submit and use claims and reference data, apply pricing methodologies, evaluate results, support estimates, and incorporate pricing outputs into operational and decision-support workflows. Translate discovery findings into well-defined epics, features, user stories, acceptance criteria, pricing and processing rules, process flows, field-level data mappings, error and exception requirements, and supporting documentation. Participate in backlog refinement, sprint planning, product demonstrations, release readiness, and retrospective activities. Collaborate with Engineering, Quality Assurance, Architecture, Data, Analytics, and User Experience teams to clarify requirements, resolve questions, evaluate tradeoffs, and support scalable, maintainable solution design. Perform impact analysis for customer requests, defects, data-source changes, pricing-content changes, integration dependencies, and platform changes across ClaimShop and Pricing Services. Support Implementation and customer-facing teams during solution design, onboarding, configuration, file or API integration, test-data preparation, pricing validation, deployment, and post-launch stabilization. Validate end-to-end behavior using representative scenarios, including claims and reference-data inputs, data transformations, service mappings, pricing logic, configuration rules, exceptions, outputs, and downstream consumption of results. Analyze enhancement requests, customer feedback, support trends, pricing discrepancies, data-quality findings, processing exceptions, and product usage to identify root causes, recurring needs, and opportunities for prioritization. Create and execute product-level validation and user acceptance test plans with traceable scenarios, expected pricing results, boundary and exception cases, defect clarification, regression coverage, and release signoff evidence. Create release notes, configuration and workflow guidance, internal enablement materials, implementation handoffs, known-limit documentation, and customer-facing feature summaries. Support Sales and Solution Consulting with discovery, demonstrations, solution validation, response development, dependency identification, and effort assessments when requested. Partner with product, data, analytics, and AI teams to improve pricing accuracy, data quality, automation, processing performance, result explainability, exception handling, and workflow efficiency. Support modernization, integration, and migration initiatives involving ClaimShop, Pricing Services, claims data, pricing content, customer configurations, interfaces, and related platform capabilities.

Why it works

3×

more interviews than doing it yourself with ChatGPT.

ChatGPT writes a CV and never learns what happened to it. We see every reply. For each CV we know:

  • How it was written, and how the review scored it
  • When we applied, and how long after the posting went up
  • Which posting, which company, which city
  • Who got the interview, and who heard nothing

That is how we know which CVs get called.
