El rol

Buscamos a un/a Auditor/a Interno/a General que entienda la auditoría no como un proceso burocrático de "marcar casillas", sino como un pilar estratégico de transparencia y mejora continua. En Fintual estamos construyendo una AFP desde cero, y este rol es clave para asegurar la confianza del sistema. Tu objetivo principal será entregar al Directorio y a la Alta Administración una opinión completamente independiente y objetiva respecto a la administración de riesgos, el control interno y el gobierno de la AFP.

Para lograrlo, necesitamos a alguien con un dominio impecable de metodologías de auditoría basada en riesgos y un profundo conocimiento de la normativa previsional chilena. Buscamos a una persona con una comunicación asertiva excepcional, capaz de interactuar con total naturalidad y claridad frente a la Alta Dirección, el Directorio y la Superintendencia de Pensiones. Lo más importante: mantendrás una independencia absoluta respecto de las actividades operativas cotidianas, actuando como un evaluador justo, riguroso y constructivo.

Qué harás

  • Liderar la función de Auditoría Interna: Dirigir y administrar de forma global las auditorías de la AFP, garantizando un enfoque moderno, sistemático y disciplinado.
  • Diseñar y ejecutar el Plan Anual: Formular y llevar a cabo el plan anual de auditoría interna, priorizándolo y basándolo estrictamente en la evaluación de los riesgos críticos del negocio.
  • Asegurar el control interno: Proveer un aseguramiento independiente sobre la efectividad de los controles internos de los procesos de la administradora. Esto incluye vigilar con especial cuidado los procesos de transmisión de información y reportería a la Superintendencia de Pensiones.
  • Definir alcance y objetivos: Establecer con claridad el objetivo y alcance de cada trabajo de auditoría, asegurando que cubra de manera real y profunda los riesgos previamente identificados.
  • Reportar hallazgos y dar seguimiento: Comunicar de forma clara los hallazgos detectados, aportando recomendaciones de mejora que generen valor real. Además, serás responsable de hacer un seguimiento estricto a los planes de acción y compromisos asumidos por las áreas auditadas.
  • Gobernanza e Independencia: Mantener una comunicación fluida y transparente con el Comité de Auditoría y el Directorio, reportando de forma directa y garantizando que la función permanezca libre de sesgos operativos.

Qué buscamos

Indispensable

  • Profesional titulado/a, de preferencia en Contaduría Auditoría o carreras afines con fuerte orientación al control.
  • Experiencia acumulada mínima de 5 años liderando o participando activamente en áreas de auditoría interna o externa.
  • Conocimiento sólido y práctico de la normativa que rige al sistema de AFP en Chile (DL 3.500 y compendio normativo de la SP).
  • Dominio experto en metodologías de auditoría basada en riesgos y marcos de control interno (como COSO o equivalentes).
  • Habilidades de comunicación asertiva de alto nivel, con experiencia comprobable reportando o interactuando con la Alta Dirección, Directorios y entes reguladores.
  • Criterio impecable, ética inquebrantable y capacidad para sostener una postura independiente y objetiva bajo presión.

Deseable

  • Contar con certificaciones profesionales internacionales clave, tales como CIA (Certified Internal Auditor) o CRMA (Certification in Risk Management Assurance).
  • Experiencia previa auditando procesos en el sector financiero, previsional, o en entornos tecnológicos de alta regulación.
  • Experiencia participando en el diseño inicial de matrices de control o marcos de cumplimiento en empresas en etapa de formación o transformación digital.
  • Interés por usar herramientas analíticas modernas, automatización de datos o software de auditoría para hacer revisiones más eficientes, continuas y menos manuales.
