CFO

Buscamos a quien repiense tecnológicamente la posición de CFO y lidere las decisiones financieras en esta etapa de crecimiento y creación de nuevos negocios.

Vas a trabajar directamente con el CEO y el directorio, liderar el equipo de Finanzas y responder por una operación en más de un país, monedas y sociedades. Necesitamos a alguien que pueda discutir una decisión de negocio y también revisar el cálculo que la sostiene.

Parte importante de tu trabajo será mejorar cómo trabaja Finanzas. Tendrás a cargo sus sistemas, datos y herramientas. Esperamos que uses inteligencia artificial, construyas automatizaciones y tengas criterio para revisar sus resultados. Si necesitas entender un número, sabes ir a buscarlo. Que revises qué hacemos a mano, qué podemos automatizar y qué necesita el criterio de una persona. Que construyas y pongas en uso herramientas para conciliar, preparar reportes y actualizar proyecciones, con controles que permitan revisar sus resultados. Esperamos que ese trabajo reduzca el tiempo de cierre y le permita al equipo dedicar más tiempo a las decisiones del negocio. Nos interesa que ya hayas hecho algo parecido y puedas mostrarnos qué cambió.

Esta postulación estará abierta hasta el 30 de noviembre o hasta llegar a 402 postulaciones, lo que suceda primero.

En este rol vas a:

  • Ayudarnos a elegir dónde invertir. Evaluar nuevos negocios, entender cuánto genera y cuánto cuesta cada producto, y recomendar dónde poner recursos. Explicar qué supuestos sostienen tu recomendación y qué información te haría cambiar de opinión.
  • Construir el presupuesto y mantener actualizadas las proyecciones. Tener una visión clara de caja, resultados y escenarios. Revisar las estimaciones cuando cambie el negocio y advertir a tiempo cuándo hace falta ajustar una decisión.
  • Responder por la operación financiera. Dirigir contabilidad, facturación, tesorería, impuestos y auditorías entre países y sociedades. Coordinar el cumplimiento legal y regulatorio con los equipos responsables.
  • Hacerte cargo de las herramientas del área. Consultar datos, conectar sistemas y automatizar tareas que hoy consumen tiempo. Decidir qué conviene construir, qué comprar y dónde hace falta intervención humana.
  • Asegurar que las cifras y las operaciones tengan respaldo. Poder reconstruir de dónde salió un número, cómo se calculó y quién aprobó una operación. Incorporar esos controles a las automatizaciones desde el principio.
  • Liderar la estrategia de financiamiento. Evaluar alternativas y apoyar en conducción de eventuales rondas de capital o deuda, con claridad sobre sus costos, condiciones y consecuencias para Fintual.
  • Desarrollar al equipo. Dar contexto, exigir precisión y ayudar a que otras áreas entiendan las consecuencias financieras de sus decisiones. Meterte en el detalle cuando haga falta y dar autonomía para resolver.

Qué buscamos?

  • Tienes alta agencia y experiencia como líder
  • 10+ años en finanzas, con experiencia liderando equipos y áreas
  • Experiencia en industria financiera regulada
  • Fuertes conocimientos y experiencia con la contabilidad internacional
  • Experiencia en la operación multi-países, monedas y entidades
  • Experiencia en rondas de financiamiento de equity y/o deuda
  • Eres hands on y tienes atención al detalle con números, procesos, personas
  • Sabes de SQL/BigQuery o similar y usas IA de forma intensiva en tu propio trabajo Presencialidad: Para este rol sería ideal que estés en Santiago de Chile o en Ciudad de México. De lo contrario, tu primer mes de onboarding será en Santiago y te pediremos viajar al menos una semana por trimestre a alguna de las oficinas.
