Zur Verstärkung unseres Real Estate Teams am Standort in Frankfurt suchen einen Associate Investment Manager Real Estate (m/w/d)

Deine Rolle

  • Eigenverantwortliche Betreuung und Weiterentwicklung eines eigenen Immobilienportfolios im Bereich Asset Management
  • Mitwirkung bei der Entwicklung und Umsetzung von Portfoliostrategien sowie bei der Weiterentwicklung bestehender Immobilieninvestments
  • Eigenständige Erstellung von Markt-, Standort- und Immobilienanalysen sowie Identifikation neuer Investment Opportunities
  • Begleitung von Due-Diligence-Prozessen bei Fonds und Investitionsimmobilien sowie Teilnahme an Besichtigungen, Verhandlungen und Kundenterminen
  • Erstellung und Durchführung von quantitativen Investmentanalysen, Investment Proposals und Präsentationen
  • Erstellung von Rentabilitätsberechnungen, Financial Models und Cashflow-Modellen sowie Modellierung und Strukturierung von Cashflows
  • Reporting, Performance-Überwachung und Analyse bestehender Investments sowie Übernahme administrativer Aufgaben im Investment- und Asset-Management

Deine Skills

  • Erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Studium der Immobilienwirtschaft, Wirtschaftswissenschaften, BWL, Finance oder eines vergleichbaren Studiengangs (Universität oder FH)
  • Berufseinstieg oder erste einschlägige Berufserfahrung im Bereich Real Estate, Immobilieninvestment, Asset Management, Investment Management oder einem vergleichbaren Umfeld
  • Gutes Know-how über Immobilienmärkte sowie Kenntnisse in der Bewertung von Immobilien, Gebäuden und Grundstücken
  • Gute Kenntnisse in Cashflow-Planung, Financial Modelling und immobilienspezifischen Erfolgs- und Renditekennzahlen
  • Ausgeprägtes Interesse an Kapitalmarkt- und Investmentthemen sowie sehr gute analytische und konzeptionelle Fähigkeiten
  • Selbstständige, strukturierte und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise sowie Eigeninitiative, Team- und Kommunikationsfähigkeit
  • Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift sowie sicherer Umgang mit MS Office, insbesondere Excel, Word und PowerPoint
