Voor een financieel stabiele klasse 8-bouwonderneming zoeken we een Aankoper. Je werkt mee aan industriële, residentiële en utiliteitsprojecten binnen een familiale organisatie met aandacht voor innovatie en duurzaamheid.

Binnen het aankoopteam onderhandel je over materialen, uitrustingen en onderaanneming. Je combineert bouwtechnische kennis met commercieel inzicht en zorgt voor de beste voorwaarden op het vlak van prijs, kwaliteit en leveringstermijn.

Je verantwoordelijkheden:

  • Opvragen, analyseren en onderhandelen van offertes.
  • Beoordelen van voorstellen aan de hand van lastenboeken, meetstaten en plannen.
  • Selecteren van leveranciers en onderaannemers op basis van prijs, kwaliteit en leveringsvoorwaarden.
  • Contracteren van aankooppartners in nauw overleg met de projectleider.
  • Opmaken van bestellingen en bewaken van deadlines binnen het aankoopproces.
  • Actief uitbreiden van de leveranciers- en onderaannemersdatabank.
  • Nauwkeurig rapporteren aan de Commercieel Directeur.
  • Je hebt een bachelor of master Bouwkunde.
  • Je beschikt over minstens drie jaar ervaring met technische aankoop binnen de bouwsector.
  • Je kent de markt van leveranciers en onderaannemers grondig.
  • Je onderhandelt doelgericht en durft beslissingen te nemen.
  • Je bent communicatief sterk, ondernemend en neemt verantwoordelijkheid.
  • Je organiseert je werk met aandacht voor deadlines.
  • Je beheerst het Nederlands uitstekend en hebt een goede kennis van Frans en Engels.
