The posting

Voor een onderneming in de automotive sector zoeken we een Accounting Specialist. Je ondersteunt de financiële werking met kostencontroles, leveranciersafstemmingen en werkzaamheden binnen de algemene boekhouding.

Je werkt samen met interne teams en externe leveranciers om financiële gegevens correct te verwerken. Daarnaast help je processen standaardiseren, verbeteren en digitaliseren.

Je verantwoordelijkheden:

  • Controleren van dagelijkse onkostendeclaraties en bijbehorende betalingsaanvragen.
  • Nagaan of bewijsstukken en goedkeuringen voldoen aan interne richtlijnen en financiële vereisten.
  • Periodiek analyseren van kosten en signaleren van afwijkingen en besparingsmogelijkheden.
  • Afstemmen van leveranciersrekeningen en opvolgen van openstaande saldi en verschillen.
  • Ondersteunen van grootboekwerkzaamheden en voorbereiden van financiële documentatie.
  • Meewerken aan interne en externe audits en andere financiële controles.
  • Bijdragen aan efficiëntere, gestandaardiseerde en digitale financiële processen.
  • Je hebt minstens een bachelordiploma in Accounting, Finance, Economie of een verwante richting.
  • Je beschikt over een stevige basiskennis van boekhouding en financiële processen.
  • Je werkt vlot met Microsoft Office, in het bijzonder Excel.
  • Je bent sterk in gegevensverwerking en analyse.
  • Je communiceert professioneel met collega’s en externe leveranciers.
  • Je werkt nauwkeurig, neemt verantwoordelijkheid en volgt afwijkingen consequent op.
  • Je denkt oplossingsgericht en werkt graag samen.
  • Een ACCA-kwalificatie of een lopend ACCA-traject is een pluspunt.
