The posting

Voor een dynamische vastgoedontwikkelaar zoeken we een Allround Controller ter ondersteuning van de business en de financiële afdeling. De organisatie ontwikkelt binnenstedelijke vastgoedprojecten met maatschappelijke meerwaarde.

Je volgt verschillende projecten financieel op en combineert accounting, controlling, financiering en cashflowplanning. Je overlegt regelmatig met projectverantwoordelijken en de boekhouding en vertaalt financiële gegevens naar heldere inzichten voor de directie.

Je verantwoordelijkheden:

  • Verzorgen van de financiële opvolging van vastgoedprojecten, inclusief controle van de boekhouding en opvolging van facturatie en fiscale aspecten.
  • Opstellen en actualiseren van financiële haalbaarheidsanalyses.
  • Aanvragen en opvolgen van projectfinanciering.
  • Uitvoeren van ad-hocanalyses in overleg met de betrokken afdelingen.
  • Actualiseren van de globale P&L- en cashflowprognoses vanuit de projecten die je beheert.
  • Ondersteunen van periodieke afsluitingen en bewaken van de aansluiting tussen prognoses en werkelijke resultaten.
  • Analyseren en toelichten van afwijkingen en bijsturen van prognoses of processen waar nodig.
  • Rapporteren aan de directie.
  • Toezien op de naleving van interne controles en procedures.
  • Ondersteunen van financiële audits en aanvullende projecten.
  • Voorstellen van inhoudelijke en procesmatige verbeteringen.
  • Je hebt een afgeronde opleiding in Bedrijfseconomie, Accountancy, Finance of een vergelijkbare richting.
  • Je beschikt over minstens enkele jaren ervaring in een financiële functie, idealiter deels binnen audit, accounting en/of controlling.
  • Je hebt een brede interesse in financiële domeinen en wilt dossiers grondig begrijpen.
  • Je combineert sterke analytische vaardigheden met nauwkeurigheid.
  • Je hebt oog voor detail en behoudt tegelijk het overzicht.
  • Je werkt vlot met Excel. Ervaring met ERP-systemen is een pluspunt.
  • Je communiceert helder en neemt initiatief.
  • Je werkt zelfstandig en zoekt actief de samenwerking met collega’s op.
  • Je toont een positieve houding, respect en verantwoordelijkheidszin.
