The posting

Voor een stabiele organisatie binnen de automotive sector zoeken we een Boekhouder die bijdraagt aan een correcte financiële administratie en betrouwbare rapportering. Je rapporteert aan de Finance Manager en werkt nauw samen met je collega’s binnen Finance.

Je combineert dagelijkse boekhouding met afsluitingen, financiële analyses en fiscale verplichtingen. Daarnaast volg je de aansluiting tussen facturatiesystemen en boekhouding op en help je financiële processen verder te digitaliseren en verbeteren.

Je verantwoordelijkheden:

  • Verwerken en controleren van dagelijkse boekhoudkundige verrichtingen en bewaken van de grootboekrekeningen.
  • Uitvoeren van maand-, kwartaal- en jaarafsluitingen samen met de Finance Manager.
  • Opstellen van balansreconciliaties en afstemmen van intercompanyrekeningen.
  • Analyseren van resultatenrekeningen en signaleren van afwijkingen.
  • Beheren van vaste activa en afschrijvingstabellen.
  • Voorbereiden van informatie voor interne en externe audits en ondersteunen van financiële controles.
  • Opvolgen van het geautomatiseerde verkoopfacturatieproces en de aansluiting met de boekhouding.
  • Verwerken van doorfacturaties van licenties, rechtstreekse leveringen en andere kosten.
  • Opmaken van intercompanydoorbelastingen.
  • Voorbereiden en indienen van btw-aangiften, klantenlistings, intracommunautaire opgaven en Intrastat-aangiften.
  • Bewaken van de correcte btw-toepassing en ondersteunen bij fiscale controles.
  • Meewerken aan procesverbetering, digitalisering en automatisering binnen Finance.
  • Je hebt een bachelor- of graduaatsdiploma in Accountancy of Boekhouden, of bent gelijkwaardig door ervaring.
  • Je beschikt over minstens 3 jaar relevante boekhoudkundige ervaring.
  • Je hebt een goede kennis van Belgische boekhoudregels en btw-regelgeving.
  • Je werkt vlot met MS Office en boekhoudsystemen. Kennis van Sage en/of WinPro is een pluspunt.
  • Je combineert analytisch inzicht met nauwkeurigheid en oog voor detail.
  • Je werkt gestructureerd en neemt zelfstandig verantwoordelijkheid op.
  • Je communiceert professioneel en servicegericht.
  • Je gaat discreet om met vertrouwelijke financiële informatie.
  • Je hebt een goede kennis van het Nederlands en een professionele kennis van het Frans.
