The posting

Voor een gevestigde bouwonderneming zoeken we een Calculator Bouw. Je speelt een centrale rol in de voorbereiding van uiteenlopende projecten, van kantoren tot complexe industriële gebouwen.

Je analyseert het volledige bouwdossier en bepaalt de kostprijs voor alle uitvoeringsfasen. Daarbij neem je zowel ruwbouw, technieken en binnenafwerking als automatisering mee. Je werkt nauw samen met architecten, studiebureaus en interne collega’s.

Je verantwoordelijkheden:

  • Grondig analyseren van bouwdossiers, waaronder planning, lastenboeken en meetgegevens.
  • Berekenen van eenheidskosten per uitvoeringsfase.
  • Opstellen van de prijsbepaling voor de uitvoering van projecten.
  • Calculeren van werken in eigen uitvoering en in onderaanneming.
  • Controleren van berekeningen op conformiteit, kwaliteit en volledigheid.
  • Onderhouden van contacten met studiebureaus en architecten.
  • Meedenken over technische en financiële optimalisaties.
  • Volledig overdragen van het dossier aan de projectleider bij de start van de uitvoering.
  • Je hebt een master Bouwkunde of bent gelijkwaardig door ervaring.
  • Je beschikt over minstens zeven jaar ervaring als calculator.
  • Je werkt gedetailleerd en hebt een sterke affiniteit met cijfers.
  • Je bent pragmatisch en denkt actief mee over optimalisaties.
  • Je werkt graag samen binnen een team.
