Voor een financieel stabiele klasse 8-bouwonderneming zoeken we een Calculator. Je werkt mee aan industriële, residentiële en utiliteitsprojecten binnen een familiale organisatie met aandacht voor innovatie en duurzaamheid.

Je vertaalt plannen, lastenboeken en meetstaten naar nauwkeurige kostprijsberekeningen. Daarbij onderzoek je technische alternatieven, signaleer je onduidelijkheden en zorg je voor een volledige overdracht naar projectleiding en aankoop.

Je verantwoordelijkheden:

  • Opstellen van gedetailleerde prijscalculaties.
  • Analyseren van lastenboeken, plannen en meetstaten.
  • Signaleren van leemtes en mogelijke uitvoeringsmoeilijkheden.
  • Voorstellen van technische alternatieven en optimalisaties.
  • Berekenen van de kostprijs van werken in eigen uitvoering.
  • Opvragen en controleren van offertes van onderaannemers en leveranciers.
  • Ondersteunen van contractonderhandelingen en opvolgen van calculaties tot bestelling.
  • Controleren van bestellingen en overdragen van alle relevante informatie aan projectleiding en aankoop.
  • Meebouwen aan een kennisdatabank voor toekomstige calculaties.
  • Nauwkeurig rapporteren aan de Directeur Tendering.
  • Je hebt een bachelor of master Bouwkunde.
  • Je beschikt over minstens drie jaar ervaring als calculator.
  • Je hebt een grondige bouwtechnische kennis en oog voor detail.
  • Je werkt methodisch, analytisch en nauwkeurig.
  • Je denkt ondernemend en zoekt actief naar betere oplossingen.
  • Je bent veerkrachtig, stressbestendig en bewaakt deadlines.
