The posting

Voor een vooruitstrevende infrastructuuronderneming zoeken we een Calculator Infra. Binnen de calculatiedienst leg je de technische en financiële basis voor grootschalige infrastructuur- en DBFM-projecten in Vlaanderen.

Je analyseert aanbestedingen, onderzoekt uitvoeringsmogelijkheden en brengt kosten en risico’s in kaart. Na gunning zorg je voor een volledige overdracht aan de projectleiding, zodat het uitvoeringsteam met duidelijke uitgangspunten kan starten.

Je verantwoordelijkheden:

  • Screenen van aanbestedingsplatformen en analyseren van bestekken, plannen en meetstaten.
  • Beoordelen van technische vereisten, timing, capaciteit en contractvoorwaarden.
  • Opstellen van kostprijsberekeningen voor laagspanning, zwakstroomtechnieken en bekabeling.
  • Berekenen van directe en indirecte kosten en mee bepalen van prijsopbouw en marges.
  • Signaleren van risico’s, onduidelijkheden en ontbrekende informatie.
  • Onderzoeken van alternatieve uitvoeringsmethodes, materialen en besparingsmogelijkheden.
  • Opvragen, vergelijken en waar nodig onderhandelen van leveranciers- en onderaannemersoffertes.
  • Samenstellen en correct indienen van offertes, prijsverantwoordingen en aanbestedingsdossiers.
  • Beoordelen van projectrendabiliteit en afstemmen van budgetten, planning en risico’s.
  • Opvolgen van gunningsverslagen en ondersteunen van het orderportefeuillebeheer.
  • Overdragen van calculaties, technische aannames en contractuele aandachtspunten aan de projectleiding.
  • Samenwerken met tendering, finance en projectteams en verwerken van eerdere projectervaringen in nieuwe dossiers.
  • Je hebt een bachelor in een relevante technische richting of bent gelijkwaardig door ervaring. Een master is een pluspunt.
  • Je hebt technisch inzicht in elektro(mechanische) installaties, bij voorkeur laagspanning, zwakstroomtechnieken en bekabeling.
  • Je begrijpt bouw- en uitvoeringsprocessen en vertaalt technische informatie naar hoeveelheden, werkmethodes en kosten.
  • Je combineert analytisch en financieel inzicht met nauwkeurigheid en kritisch denken.
  • Je hebt oog voor risico’s, details en optimalisaties.
  • Je beheerst het Nederlands uitstekend en hebt een goede kennis van Engels. Je kunnen behelpen in het Frans is een troef.
  • Je werkt vlot met Office 365 en organiseert verschillende dossiers efficiënt.
  • Je communiceert constructief met interne en externe partners.
  • Ervaring met calculatie, aanbestedingen of kostprijsberekeningen binnen infrastructuur of elektrotechniek is een pluspunt.
  • Kennis van DBFM-contracten, grote infrastructuurprojecten en prijsverantwoordingen is mooi meegenomen.
