Voor een accountants- en advieskantoor zoeken we een ervaren Dossierbeheerder Accountancy & Fiscaliteit. Vanuit Leuven begeleid je ondernemers in Vlaams-Brabant binnen een warme, familiale werkomgeving met moderne digitale ondersteuning.

Je beheert zelfstandig een uitgebreide klantenportefeuille en bent een vertrouwenspersoon voor je klanten. Je vertaalt cijfers naar bruikbare inzichten, denkt proactief mee met ondernemers en werkt nauw samen met junior collega’s.

Je verantwoordelijkheden:

  • Zelfstandig beheren en opvolgen van een uitgebreide portefeuille aan klantendossiers.
  • Inzetten van je boekhoudkundige en fiscale expertise bij de begeleiding van ondernemers.
  • Interpreteren en toelichten van cijfers om klanten te ondersteunen bij hun beslissingen.
  • Proactief meedenken over de behoeften en vraagstukken van je klanten.
  • Onderhouden van duurzame klantenrelaties en bezoeken van klanten in de regio.
  • Actief en efficiënt samenwerken met junior collega’s.
  • Bijhouden van je vakkennis en verder ontwikkelen van je expertise.
  • Je beschikt over een bachelor Accountancy-Fiscaliteit of een master in een economische richting.
  • Je hebt minstens 5 jaar ervaring binnen een accountantskantoor.
  • Je drukt je vlot uit in het Nederlands.
  • Je combineert boekhoudkundige en fiscale kennis met cijfermatig inzicht.
  • Je werkt georganiseerd en zelfstandig.
  • Je bent vlot in de omgang en beschikt over commerciële flair.
  • Je werkt graag samen en denkt proactief mee met ondernemers.
  • Je houdt je kennis graag actueel en wilt je verder ontwikkelen.
