Voor een accountancy- en adviesorganisatie zoeken we een Expert Finance & Accounting die de eindverantwoordelijkheid opneemt voor de kwaliteit en opvolging van klantendossiers. Je combineert technische expertise met persoonlijk advies en ondersteunt ondernemers bij hun boekhoudkundige en fiscale vraagstukken.

Je werkt samen met consultants en senior consultants, beoordeelt hun werkzaamheden en helpt hen inhoudelijk groeien. Daarbij deel je jouw kennis zonder een hiërarchische leidinggevende verantwoordelijkheid op te nemen.

Je verantwoordelijkheden:

  • Bewaken van de kwaliteit, het beheer en de correcte afwerking van jouw klantendossiers.
  • Nakijken, opvolgen en finaliseren van btw-aangiften, tussentijdse resultaten en jaarafsluitingen die door collega’s zijn voorbereid.
  • Grondig analyseren van dossiers en bespreken van cijfers, aandachtspunten en optimalisatiemogelijkheden met klanten.
  • Optreden als vertrouwenspersoon voor ondernemers bij boekhoudkundige en fiscale vragen.
  • Voorbereiden en begeleiden van bijzondere opdrachten, zoals fiscale optimalisaties, statutenwijzigingen en fiscale controles.
  • Delen van technische expertise en ondersteunen van de professionele ontwikkeling van collega’s.
  • Een masterdiploma of professionele bachelor in accountancy-fiscaliteit.
  • Een aanvullende fiscale opleiding is een pluspunt.
  • Minstens vijf jaar ervaring binnen een accountants- of fiduciair kantoor.
  • Digitale boekhoudsoftware maak je jezelf gemakkelijk eigen.
  • Een uitstekende mondelinge en schriftelijke kennis van het Frans, voor de begeleiding van voornamelijk Franstalige klanten.
  • Klantgerichtheid en het vermogen om duurzame vertrouwensrelaties met ondernemers uit te bouwen.
  • Een kritische blik, ondernemingszin en de ambitie om klanten gericht verder te helpen.
  • Samenwerken en kennis delen vormen een vanzelfsprekend onderdeel van jouw aanpak.
