The posting

Voor een groeiende leverancier van dak- en gevelmaterialen zoeken we een Finance Business Partner. Je rapporteert rechtstreeks aan de CFO en ondersteunt Sales en Operations met financiële inzichten en praktisch advies.

Je analyseert onder meer marges, voorraden, productmix en klantgedrag. Je staat dicht bij de operationele werking en helpt collega’s om beter onderbouwde beslissingen te nemen. Daarnaast neem je financiële verbeterprojecten op en werk je mee aan de verdere ontwikkeling van systemen en rapportering.

Je verantwoordelijkheden:

  • Ondersteunen van Sales en Operations als financiële sparringpartner.
  • Opstellen en analyseren van managementrapporteringen, KPI’s en variantieanalyses.
  • Opvolgen van voorraadrotatie, verouderde voorraad, transportkosten en filiaalprestaties.
  • Meewerken aan budgettering, forecasting en meerjarenplannen.
  • Vertalen van financiële analyses naar concrete adviezen voor management en operationele teams.
  • Ondersteunen van investeringsdossiers, businesscases en verbeterprojecten.
  • Optreden als key user bij de uitrol en optimalisatie van ERP-systemen.
  • Uitbouwen en onderhouden van rapporteringstools, waaronder Management Reporter, Qlik, Replit en Power BI.
  • Samenwerken met het financeteam bij maand- en jaarafsluitingen.
  • Zelfstandig uitvoeren van projecten rond voorraadbewaking, datakwaliteit, KPI’s, klantenacquisitie en ondersteuning bij due diligence.
  • Analyseren van operationele en supplychainprocessen en voorstellen van verbeteringen.
  • Occasioneel bezoeken van vestigingen om de werking en teams goed te leren kennen.
  • Je hebt een bachelor of master in een economische of financiële richting.
  • Je beschikt over ervaring in controlling, audit of financiële analyse.
  • Je combineert analytische scherpte met een pragmatische aanpak.
  • Je onderzoekt afwijkingen en formuleert concrete verbeteracties.
  • Je communiceert helder met niet-financiële collega’s en neemt graag een coachende rol op.
  • Je werkt zelfstandig, plant zorgvuldig en neemt verantwoordelijkheid voor je dossiers.
  • Je hebt een goede kennis van Microsoft Office en basiskennis van ERP-pakketten.
  • Je werkt vlot met rapporteringstools en visualiseert gegevens op een begrijpelijke manier.
  • Je hebt kennis van of interesse in IT en data, zoals datawarehouses, Qlik en Power BI.
  • Je beheerst het Nederlands en voelt je comfortabel in gesprekken met Franstalige collega’s.
