The posting

Voor een onafhankelijke groep actief in kredietbemiddeling en verzekeringen zoeken we een Finance & HR Manager. Je werkt op groepsniveau voor verschillende merken, vennootschappen en kantoren in België en Luxemburg. De organisatie groeit via bestaande activiteiten, overnames en uitbreiding naar nieuwe regio’s.

Je combineert financiële sturing met HR en bedrijfsondersteuning. Je hebt dagelijks rechtstreeks contact met de CEO en COO, werkt nauw samen met kantoor- en domeinverantwoordelijken en licht waar relevant dossiers toe aan de raad van bestuur. Naast analyse en advies neem je ook zelf de uitvoering in handen.

Je verantwoordelijkheden:

  • Coördineren van maand- en kwartaalafsluitingen, consolidatie en groepsrapportering in samenwerking met de accountants.
  • Opstellen en opvolgen van budgetten, forecasts en cashflowplanningen.
  • Analyseren van rendabiliteit per kantoor, product en partner en voorstellen formuleren om marges en kosten te verbeteren.
  • Uitbouwen van managementdashboards en KPI’s en begeleiden van kantoorverantwoordelijken bij het gebruik ervan.
  • Bewaken van kosten, leverancierscontracten en interne financiële controles.
  • Fungeren als aanspreekpunt voor accountants, auditors, banken en financiële partners.
  • Onderbouwen van strategische keuzes met analyses en businesscases voor nieuwe kantoren, producten, markten en samenwerkingen.
  • Ondersteunen van overnames, van financiële analyse en modellering tot praktische integratie van rapportering, systemen, processen en arbeidsvoorwaarden.
  • Structureren, digitaliseren en automatiseren van interne processen, met actief gebruik van AI-tools.
  • Coördineren van payroll met het sociaal secretariaat en bewaken van correcte personeelsdossiers en contracten in België en Luxemburg.
  • Ondersteunen van rekrutering, van behoeftebepaling en vacatureteksten tot screening en interviews.
  • Uitbouwen van onboarding, opleidingsplanning en opvolging van toepasselijke verplichtingen, waaronder FSMA-vereisten.
  • Ontwikkelen van HR-beleid rond evaluatie, feedback, verloning, loopbaanontwikkeling en retentie.
  • Zorgvuldig behandelen van gevoelige personeelsdossiers en juridische geschillen, samen met externe adviseurs.
  • Je hebt een masterdiploma in Economie, Finance, Bedrijfskunde, Rechten of een gelijkwaardige opleiding.
  • Je beschikt over minstens 4 jaar relevante ervaring.
  • Een achtergrond in Big Four of consultancy, bijvoorbeeld audit, transaction services of advisory, sluit goed aan. Vergelijkbare interne ervaring binnen Finance en/of HR komt eveneens in aanmerking.
  • Je bent sterk in financiële analyse, modellering en rapportering en vertaalt inzichten naar concrete acties.
  • Je werkt georganiseerd, nauwkeurig en betrouwbaar en brengt structuur in een groeiende organisatie.
  • Je neemt initiatief en combineert strategisch meedenken met praktische uitvoering.
  • Je bent empathisch, discreet en toegankelijk, ook bij moeilijke gesprekken.
  • Je voelt je comfortabel in een snel veranderende omgeving en bij de integratie van overgenomen bedrijven.
  • Je gebruikt AI-tools al actief in je dagelijkse werk.
  • Je communiceert vlot met medewerkers, management en bestuur.
  • Je hebt een goede beheersing van Frans, Nederlands en Engels. Bijkomende talen zijn een troef.
  • Je woont in of nabij Bergen, of bent bereid je daar te vestigen.
  • Je beschikt over een rijbewijs B en bezoekt regelmatig de andere kantoren.
  • Ervaring in krediet, verzekeringen of financiële dienstverlening is een pluspunt.
