The posting

Voor een internationale groep actief in digitale transformatie zoeken we een General Accountant. Je beheert de volledige algemene boekhouding van meerdere vennootschappen en bent een aanspreekpunt voor interne teams en externe partners.

Je combineert dagelijkse boekhoudkundige verantwoordelijkheid met afsluitingen, fiscale verplichtingen en rapportering. Je werkt nauw samen met leveranciers- en klantenboekhouding, Treasury en Controlling en draagt bij aan een efficiëntere financiële werking.

Je verantwoordelijkheden:

  • Beheren van de volledige boekhoudkundige cyclus van meerdere entiteiten tot en met de afsluiting.
  • Uitvoeren en coördineren van maand-, kwartaal- en jaarafsluitingen.
  • Afstemmen van rekeningen en bewaken van betrouwbare financiële gegevens.
  • Voorbereiden van btw-aangiften en opvolgen van fiscale verplichtingen.
  • Ondersteunen bij het opstellen van jaarrekeningen en financiële staten.
  • Verwerken en afstemmen van intercompanytransacties.
  • Ondersteunen van interne en externe audits en optreden als aanspreekpunt voor auditors.
  • Voorbereiden van financiële rapporteringen voor het management en de groep.
  • Identificeren en implementeren van procesverbeteringen.
  • Bewaken van boekhoudnormen en interne procedures.
  • Je hebt een bachelor- of masterdiploma in Accounting, Finance of een verwante richting.
  • Je beschikt idealiter over vier tot acht jaar ervaring in algemene boekhouding.
  • Je hebt aantoonbare ervaring met maand- en jaarafsluitingen.
  • Je kent de btw-verplichtingen en dagelijkse boekhoudkundige vereisten goed.
  • Je hebt ervaring met jaarrekeningen en het ondersteunen van audits.
  • Je bent sterk in financiële analyse en rekeningafstemmingen.
  • Je hebt ervaring met ERP-systemen, zoals SAP, Oracle, Exact of Dynamics.
  • Je beschikt over een gevorderde kennis van Excel.
  • Je beheerst Nederlands, Frans en Engels, mondeling en schriftelijk.
  • Kennis van intercompanyboekhouding en IFRS is een pluspunt.
  • Ervaring in een internationale omgeving wordt sterk gewaardeerd.
  • Je werkt zelfstandig, nauwkeurig en oplossingsgericht.
