The posting

Voor een Belgische familiale groep actief in FMCG, drankenimport en distributie zoeken we een Group Business Controller & Internal Auditor. Je onderzoekt waarom omzet, marges en kosten evolueren en helpt het management en de operationele teams om op basis daarvan beslissingen te nemen. Je werkt daarvoor samen met onder meer Sales, Marketing, Supply Chain en Finance.

Daarnaast beoordeel je als internal auditor onafhankelijk hoe de groep haar processen, risico’s en interne controles beheert. Voor business controlling rapporteer je aan de Finance Director. Voor interne audit heb je een functionele rapporteringslijn naar de Raad van Bestuur.

  • Coördineer het jaarlijkse budget- en forecastproces en toets de aannames van de verschillende vennootschappen en afdelingen.
  • Analyseer afwijkingen tegenover budget, forecast en vorig jaar. Volg onder meer omzet, volumes, marges, operationele kosten, voorraad, werkkapitaal en cashflow op.
  • Breng de rentabiliteit per vennootschap, merk, klant en verkoopkanaal in kaart. Onderzoek de impact van prijzen, kortingen, promoties en logistieke kosten en werk met de betrokken teams verbeteracties uit.
  • Ontwikkel managementrapportering en dashboards. Onderzoek hoe Power BI, data-analyse en AI kunnen helpen om de datakwaliteit te verbeteren, rapportering te automatiseren en afwijkingen sneller op te sporen.
  • Help de groepsbrede risicokaart en het jaarlijkse risicogebaseerde auditplan uit te werken. Voer audits uit binnen onder meer Finance, Sales, Aankoop, Supply Chain, HR en IT.
  • Beoordeel interne controles rond bijvoorbeeld goedkeuringen, functiescheiding, voorraadbeheer en ERP. Formuleer aanbevelingen en volg de afgesproken acties, verantwoordelijken en deadlines op.
  • Master in Finance, Economie, Handelswetenschappen, Handelsingenieur, Audit of gelijkwaardig.
  • Minstens vijf jaar relevante ervaring in business of financial controlling, interne audit en/of externe audit.
  • Aantoonbare ervaring in FMCG, bij voorkeur in dranken, voeding of distributie.
  • Sterk in budgettering, forecasting en financiële analyse, met inzicht in marges, rentabiliteit, werkkapitaal en cashflow.
  • Goede kennis van interne controle, interne audit en risicobeheer.
  • Zeer sterke Excel-vaardigheden en vertrouwd met ERP- en BI-omgevingen. Ervaring met Power BI, Belgische fiscaliteit, data-analyse, automatisering of AI is een pluspunt.
  • Zelfstandig en pragmatisch, met de diplomatie en assertiviteit om aannames van het management constructief in vraag te stellen. Integriteit en discretie zijn essentieel.
  • Goede kennis van het Nederlands, Frans en Engels.
