The posting

Voor een groeiende technologieonderneming die bijdraagt aan de diagnose en behandeling van kanker zoeken we een Medewerker Debiteurenbeheer.

Je bewaakt het volledige proces van klantenfacturatie tot betaling. Met correcte facturen, gerichte betalingsopvolging en een snelle afhandeling van betwistingen help je de betalingstermijnen verkorten en de cashflow verbeteren.

Je verantwoordelijkheden:

  • Opstellen en controleren van klantenfacturen, met aandacht voor prijzen, voorwaarden, btw, grootboekrekeningen en analytische toewijzingen.
  • Behandelen van betwistingen over prijzen, hoeveelheden en diensten, in overleg met Sales, Service en Logistiek.
  • Documenteren van creditnota’s.
  • Afpunten van klantenrekeningen en uitvoeren van bankafstemmingen voor de debiteurenboekhouding.
  • Opvolgen van openstaande facturen en versturen van betalingsherinneringen via e-mail en telefoon.
  • Actualiseren van kredietlimieten en bewaken van kredietrisico’s in samenwerking met de commerciële teams.
  • Opstellen van periodieke rapporteringen over ouderdomsbalansen, gemiddelde betalingstermijnen, openstaande bedragen en aanmaningen.
  • Voorstellen van concrete verbeteracties op basis van je analyses.
  • Meewerken aan afsluitingen, voorzieningen, periodeafgrenzingen en interne en externe audits.
  • Bijdragen aan de verdere verbetering van financiële processen.
  • Je hebt minstens drie jaar ervaring in een gelijkaardige functie.
  • Je werkt vlot met ERP-systemen en Microsoft Office.
  • Kennis van Odoo is een pluspunt.
  • Je spreekt vloeiend Frans en beheerst het Engels mondeling en schriftelijk.
  • Je werkt zelfstandig, communiceert assertief en stelt je klantgericht op.
