The posting

Voor een dynamische organisatie in volle ontwikkeling zoeken we een Medewerker Facturatie. Je komt terecht in een team van vijf personen en werkt onder de coördinatie van de Finance & Administration Manager.

Je beheert de tarieven, offertes en facturatie voor een toegewezen klantenportefeuille. Je verzamelt de nodige informatie voor correcte facturen en bent een belangrijk aanspreekpunt voor klanten, de boekhouding en interne afdelingen.

Je verantwoordelijkheden:

  • Beheren van tarieven, offertes en facturatie voor jouw klantendossiers.
  • Verzamelen en controleren van de gegevens die nodig zijn om correct te factureren.
  • Beantwoorden van klantvragen over offertes en facturen en opvolgen van dossiers.
  • Afstemmen met de boekhouding, klantendienst, controleurs en externe partners.
  • Verzamelen en presenteren van facturatiegegevens voor de opvolging van indicatoren.
  • Occasioneel doorgeven van klantenfacturen aan de boekhouding, boeken van klantenbetalingen en versturen van schriftelijke of telefonische betalingsherinneringen.
  • Naleven van interne procedures en actief bijdragen aan verbeteringen.
  • Je hebt minstens een bachelordiploma in een economische richting.
  • Je beschikt over minstens twee jaar ervaring in een gelijkaardige functie.
  • Je beheerst het Frans en hebt een gevorderde kennis van het Nederlands, zowel voor begrip als mondelinge communicatie.
  • Je werkt vlot met Microsoft Office en beheerst geavanceerde Excel-functies, waaronder sorteren, zoekfuncties, statistische functies en draaitabellen.
  • Kennis van Power BI is een pluspunt.
  • Je communiceert helder en werkt nauwkeurig en zorgvuldig.
  • Je bent proactief, resultaatgericht en georganiseerd.
  • Je kunt zelfstandig werken en stemt vlot af met verschillende betrokkenen.
