Voor een ambitieus architectenbureau zoeken we een Office & People Manager. Je brengt structuur in de dagelijkse kantoorwerking en vormt de verbindende schakel tussen directie, medewerkers, projecten en externe partners.

Je combineert projectadministratie met financiële opvolging, planning en personeelszaken. Je denkt vooruit, bewaakt afspraken en hebt oog voor collega’s die ondersteuning kunnen gebruiken.

Je verantwoordelijkheden:

  • Opvolgen van projectadministratie en ondersteunen bij vergunningstrajecten, aanbestedingen en dossiers.
  • Beheren van documenten en bewaken van afspraken en deadlines.
  • Verzorgen van facturatie en opvolgen van inkomende facturen en debiteuren.
  • Voorbereiden van de boekhouding en mee bewaken van budgetten en cashflow.
  • Ondersteunen bij planning, organisatie en het stellen van prioriteiten.
  • Voorstellen van verbeteringen om de interne werking eenvoudiger en efficiënter te maken.
  • Ondersteunen bij personeelszaken, verlofplanning en onboarding.
  • Fungeren als toegankelijk aanspreekpunt voor collega’s.
  • Je brengt graag structuur en bewaart het overzicht wanneer het druk wordt.
  • Je werkt zelfstandig, denkt vooruit en neemt initiatief.
  • Je bent betrokken, discreet en betrouwbaar.
  • Je communiceert vlot en gaat goed om met verschillende persoonlijkheden.
  • Je voelt je comfortabel met cijfers en financiële administratie.
  • Je bent praktisch ingesteld en helpt waar nodig.
  • Een bacheloropleiding of relevante ervaring is mooi meegenomen.
  • Affiniteit met architectuur of de bouwsector is een pluspunt.
  • Een gespecialiseerde boekhoudkundige achtergrond is niet vereist.
