The posting

Voor een innovatieve familiale productiegroep met internationale activiteiten zoeken we een Plant Controller & Accountant. Je combineert een sterke boekhoudkundige basis met inzicht in productieprocessen, goederenstromen en financiële analyse.

Je groeit uit tot een financieel aanspreekpunt en werkt nauw samen met finance, operations en management. Naast afsluitingen en controles neem je een actieve rol op in procesverbetering, digitalisering en de verdere ontwikkeling van ERP-toepassingen.

Je verantwoordelijkheden:

  • Ondersteunen van maand-, kwartaal- en jaarafsluitingen.
  • Opvolgen van balansrekeningen, reconciliaties en financiële controles.
  • Uitvoeren van gerichte steekproeven om fouten en risico’s tijdig te ontdekken.
  • Coördineren van het jaarafsluitingsproces en ondersteunen van externe audits.
  • Voorbereiden van rapporteringen voor directie, raad van bestuur en aandeelhouders.
  • Beheren van intercompanytransacties binnen een internationale groepsstructuur.
  • Analyseren van goederenstromen en voorraadwaarderingen.
  • Onderzoeken van afwijkingen in productie-, voorraad- en logistieke processen.
  • Ontwikkelen en opvolgen van operationele en financiële KPI’s.
  • Implementeren van verbeteringen binnen finance en operations.
  • Fungeren als Finance key user voor SAP S/4HANA en samenwerken met andere afdelingen om procesproblemen structureel op te lossen.
  • Meewerken aan automatisering, AI-toepassingen, elektronische facturatie, Peppol en digitale workflows.
  • Je hebt een bachelor- of masterdiploma in een financiële of economische richting.
  • Je beschikt over minstens vijf jaar ervaring in accounting, controlling of audit.
  • Je combineert een sterke boekhoudkundige kennis met inzicht in bedrijfs- en productieprocessen.
  • Je hebt ervaring met voorraadwaardering, goederenstromen en intercompanytransacties.
  • Je hebt gewerkt binnen een productieomgeving én een internationale groep.
  • Je bent vertrouwd met ERP-systemen; kennis van SAP S/4HANA is een pluspunt.
  • Je hebt affiniteit met audits, compliance en afsluitingsprocessen.
  • Je werkt analytisch, kritisch en proactief en ziet mogelijkheden om processen te verbeteren.
  • Je communiceert helder en verbindt finance, operations en management.
  • Je hebt interesse in automatisering, AI en nieuwe technologieën.
