The posting

Voor een gevestigde bouwonderneming met complexe projecten in de private, industriële en publieke sector zoeken we een Preventieadviseur Niveau 1.

Je versterkt het veiligheidsbeleid en helpt een veilige werkomgeving op de verschillende werven waarborgen. Hiervoor werk je nauw samen met de directie, projectleiders, werfleiders en de logistieke afdeling. Je combineert beleidsontwikkeling met praktische ondersteuning, opleiding en controle.

Je verantwoordelijkheden:

  • Ontwikkelen van tools, procedures en werkmethodes om de werfveiligheid verder te verbeteren.
  • Uitvoeren van risicoanalyses en opstellen van preventieplannen.
  • Adviseren van het management over veiligheidsvraagstukken en verbetermaatregelen.
  • Organiseren en geven van opleidingen en toolboxmeetings.
  • Uitvoeren van interne audits en inspecties.
  • Opstellen van rapporteringen, incidentanalyses en waar nodig omstandige verslagen.
  • Opvolgen van ontwikkelingen en wetswijzigingen rond veiligheid en gezondheid.
  • Vertalen van relevante wijzigingen naar concrete maatregelen binnen de organisatie.
  • Je beschikt over het diploma Preventieadviseur Niveau 1.
  • Je hebt meer dan zeven jaar ervaring in een vergelijkbare functie binnen de bouwsector.
  • Je hebt ervaring met het adviseren over, opbouwen en auditen van managementsystemen volgens ISO 45001.
  • Je kent de veiligheids- en gezondheidsvoorschriften grondig en past ze praktisch toe.
  • Je bent sterk in data-analyse en probleemoplossing.
  • Je rapporteert helder en overlegt doeltreffend met de directie.
  • Je werkt zelfstandig en durft beslissingen te nemen.
  • Je communiceert vlot op verschillende organisatieniveaus.
  • Je stelt proactief verbeteringen voor en voert ze pragmatisch door.
  • Je werkt resultaatgericht en nauwkeurig.
  • Je bent vertrouwd met relevante software en tools voor veiligheid en preventie.
