The posting

Voor een gevestigde bouwonderneming met Europese groeiambities zoeken we een Project Manager Europa. Je helpt de internationale projectwerking vanaf de basis uitbouwen en neemt verantwoordelijkheid voor buitenlandse bouwprojecten.

Je begeleidt projecten vanaf de overdracht door de calculatiedienst tot de oplevering en eindafrekening. Daarbij werk je nauw samen met de Business Development Manager, de directie en de interne teams in België.

Je verantwoordelijkheden:

  • Technisch en organisatorisch voorbereiden, coördineren en opvolgen van Europese bouwprojecten.
  • Bewaken van kwaliteit, voortgang, planning, veiligheid en projectrendement.
  • Onderhouden van contacten met bouwheren, architecten, studiebureaus en andere projectpartners.
  • Selecteren van leveranciers en onderaannemers en onderhandelen over prijs, kwaliteit, capaciteit en timing.
  • Aansturen van werfleiders, assistent-projectleiders en andere betrokken medewerkers.
  • Regelmatig bezoeken van werven en controleren van de technische uitvoering.
  • Opstellen en bijsturen van projectplanningen en bewaken van deadlines.
  • Opvolgen van veiligheidsmaatregelen, toolboxmeetings en contacten met inspectiediensten.
  • Oplossen van technische en organisatorische problemen.
  • Beheren van budgetten, kosten, financiële afspraken en projectadministratie.
  • Opvolgen van vergaderingen, wijzigingen, meer- en minwerken en actiepunten.
  • Verzorgen van de administratieve afsluiting en een volledig as-builtdossier.
  • Je hebt een hogere bouwkundige opleiding, bijvoorbeeld industrieel of burgerlijk ingenieur bouwkunde of architect, of bent gelijkwaardig door ervaring.
  • Je beschikt over relevante ervaring in projectleiding, werfleiding, werkvoorbereiding of projectcoördinatie binnen de bouwsector.
  • Je hebt voldoende technische kennis om projecten te beoordelen, risico’s in te schatten en uitvoeringsmethodes te onderzoeken.
  • Ervaring met grotere en complexe bouwprojecten is een troef.
  • Je bent bereid om regelmatig naar het buitenland te reizen.
  • Je communiceert helder en werkt vlot samen met verschillende disciplines en culturen.
  • Je werkt zelfstandig, neemt initiatief en voelt je thuis in een werking die nog verder wordt opgebouwd.
  • Je bent analytisch en organisatorisch sterk en bewaart het overzicht over meerdere projecten.
  • Je denkt oplossingsgericht, met aandacht voor haalbaarheid, planning, kwaliteit, veiligheid en budget.
  • Je spreekt vlot Nederlands en Engels. Andere talen zijn een pluspunt.
