The posting

Voor een familiale elektrotechnische kmo met meer dan 50 jaar ervaring zoeken we een Projectleider voor verschillende regio’s. De onderneming realiseert projecten binnen onder meer industrie, openbare werken, overheidsinstellingen en de nucleaire sector. De expertise omvat beveiliging, middenspanning, verlichting, nutsvoorzieningen en databekabeling.

Je begeleidt projecten van A tot Z en combineert bureauwerk met aanwezigheid op de werf. Als centrale schakel organiseer je de samenwerking tussen teams en externe partners. Je bewaakt de projectinformatie, volgt de voortgang op en zorgt voor een correcte technische, organisatorische en financiële afhandeling.

Je verantwoordelijkheden:

  • Organiseren en coördineren van betrokken teams, medewerkers en externe partners.
  • Verzorgen van tijdige en duidelijke communicatie met alle interne en externe partijen.
  • Beheren van projectinformatie en opvolgen van de voortgang.
  • Vertalen van technische vraagstukken en klantbehoeften naar praktische oplossingen.
  • Motiveren van medewerkers om de projectdoelstellingen te behalen.
  • Verzorgen van een correcte nacalculatie.
  • Een bachelor Elektriciteit en relevante technische ervaring vormen de basis voor deze functie.
  • Sterk technisch inzicht vertaal je vlot naar de praktijk.
  • Klantbehoeften herken je en zet je om in gerichte oplossingen.
  • Resultaatgericht werken combineer je met een analytische en probleemoplossende aanpak.
  • Dankzij heldere communicatie breng je argumenten overtuigend over.
  • Leidinggevende vaardigheden gaan samen met aandacht voor de belangen van het team.
  • Medewerkers motiveren rond gezamenlijke projectdoelstellingen ligt je goed.
  • Voor projecten in Vlaams-Brabant is tweetaligheid Nederlands-Frans vereist.
