The posting

Voor een duurzaam en stabiel familiebedrijf gespecialiseerd in raam- en gevelconstructies zoeken we een Projectleider voor particuliere woningbouw. Je neemt de verantwoordelijkheid voor hoogwaardige maatwerkprojecten, met aandacht voor techniek, kwaliteit en een verzorgde afwerking.

Je begeleidt projecten van opmeting en voorbereiding tot productie, montage en oplevering. Als centraal aanspreekpunt werk je nauw samen met particuliere klanten, architecten, productie en montageteams. Je combineert technische uitwerking met een nauwgezette opvolging van planning en budget.

Je verantwoordelijkheden:

  • Begeleiden van raam- en deurprojecten van A tot Z, van opmeting tot oplevering.
  • Opbouwen en beheren van volledige technische en administratieve dossiers.
  • Bepalen van materiaalkeuzes, voorstellen van optimalisaties en verzorgen van bestellingen.
  • Uitvoeren van tekenwerk en technisch uitwerken van raam- en deurconstructies.
  • Afstemmen van de voorbereiding met productie en montageteams.
  • Opvolgen van kosten, budgetten en andere financiële aspecten van je projecten.
  • Onderhouden van contacten met particuliere klanten en architecten.
  • Bewaken van kwaliteit, planning, uitvoering en afwerking.
  • Je beschikt over een bachelor Bouwkunde of gelijkwaardige ervaring.
  • Affiniteit met ramen en deuren is een pluspunt.
  • Je werkt zelfstandig en functioneert vlot binnen multidisciplinaire teams.
  • Je hebt een goede kennis van AutoCAD en gangbare Windows-toepassingen.
  • Je beschikt over sterk technisch inzicht en hebt oog voor detail en afwerking.
  • Je communiceert helder en professioneel met collega’s, klanten en externe partners.
  • Je werkt gestructureerd, planmatig en nauwkeurig.
  • Je bent flexibel en denkt proactief mee over oplossingen voor projecten en klanten.
