The posting

Voor een familiale elektrotechnische kmo met meer dan 50 jaar ervaring zoeken we een Projectmedewerker. De onderneming realiseert uiteenlopende elektriciteitswerken, onder meer binnen industrie, openbare werken en de nucleaire sector. De expertise omvat onder andere beveiliging, middenspanning, verlichting, nutsvoorzieningen en databekabeling.

Je ondersteunt meerdere projectleiders bij de voorbereiding en uitvoering van kleinere projecten. Daarbij combineer je technische ondersteuning met administratie, materiaalopvolging en calculatie. Je start met ondersteunende taken en kunt geleidelijk meer verantwoordelijkheid opnemen, afgestemd op je interesses, capaciteiten en ambitie. Tijdens de inwerkperiode van ongeveer twee jaar werk je vanuit Balen; daarna ligt je werkregio in Mechelen.

Je verantwoordelijkheden:

  • Ondersteunen van projectleiders bij de voorbereiding en opvolging van projecten.
  • Opstellen en beheren van overzichtslijsten en projectdocumentatie.
  • Bestellen en opvolgen van materialen.
  • Uitwerken van eenvoudige technische voorbereidingen en plannen.
  • Uitvoeren van kabelberekeningen.
  • Ondersteunen bij de opmaak en nacalculatie van offertes.
  • Voorbereiden van verrekeningen en administratieve dossiers.
  • Meedenken over verbeteringen en efficiëntere werkprocessen.
  • Een technische opleiding of sterke technische interesse op bachelorniveau vormt de basis voor deze functie.
  • Nauwkeurig, gestructureerd en zelfstandig werken past bij je aanpak.
  • Leergierigheid motiveert je om je verder te verdiepen in projectondersteuning.
  • Administratieve vaardigheden combineer je met oog voor detail.
  • Verbeteringen voorstellen en meedenken over efficiëntie spreekt je aan.
  • Tijdens de inwerkperiode van ongeveer twee jaar ben je bereid om vanuit de vestiging in Balen te werken.
