The posting

Voor een Belgische productieonderneming met internationale verkoopactiviteiten zoeken we een Senior Accountant / Boekhouder A-Z. Je komt terecht in een organisatie met korte communicatielijnen, een informele werksfeer en een professionele aanpak.

Je beheert zelfstandig de volledige boekhouding en werkt nauw samen met een externe CFO. Je combineert dagelijkse boekhoudkundige verwerking met financiële opvolging, fiscale verplichtingen en rapportering.

Je verantwoordelijkheden:

  • Verwerken en controleren van aankoopfacturen, financiële verrichtingen en diverse boekingen.
  • Opvolgen van debiteuren, kredietverzekeringen en voorraadadministratie.
  • Bijhouden van afschrijvingstabellen.
  • Voorbereiden en indienen van btw-aangiften, intracommunautaire opgaven, Intrastat en fiscale aangiften.
  • Meewerken aan maand- en jaarafsluitingen.
  • Opstellen van financiële rapporteringen en voorbereiden van audits.
  • Opvolgen van bijkomende financiële en administratieve verplichtingen.
  • Bewaken van een correcte, tijdige en gestructureerde boekhouding.
  • Je hebt een bachelor- of masterdiploma Accountancy-Fiscaliteit of bent gelijkwaardig door ervaring.
  • Je beschikt over minstens vijf jaar relevante ervaring als boekhouder, bij voorkeur in een vergelijkbare functie of binnen een accountantskantoor.
  • Je kent de Belgische boekhoud- en btw-wetgeving uitstekend.
  • Ervaring met Exact Online is een belangrijke troef.
  • Je werkt nauwkeurig, zelfstandig en gestructureerd.
  • Je bent discreet, betrouwbaar en neemt graag verantwoordelijkheid.
  • Je spreekt vloeiend Nederlands en hebt een goede kennis van Engels en Frans.
