The posting

Voor een gevestigd accountantskantoor zoeken we een Senior Accountant. Je combineert inhoudelijke expertise met het begeleiden van collega’s en het adviseren van cliënten. Je werkt in dossiergebonden teams binnen een collegiale omgeving met aandacht voor kwaliteit en persoonlijke groei.

Je bewaakt de inhoudelijke kwaliteit van dossiers en vertaalt financiële gegevens naar praktisch en strategisch advies. Daarbij ben je een aanspreekpunt voor cliënten en ondersteun je junior collega’s bij hun verdere ontwikkeling.

Je verantwoordelijkheden:

  • Je stuurt junior accountants en boekhouders aan en coacht hen in hun dagelijkse werk.
  • Je bewaakt de dossierkwaliteit en zet de inhoudelijke lijnen uit volgens de kwaliteitsnormen van het kantoor.
  • Je analyseert financiële gegevens en formuleert onderbouwd financieel en strategisch advies.
  • Je beantwoordt vragen van cliënten en denkt mee over hun financiële uitdagingen.
  • Je stelt fiscale aangiften op.
  • Je ondersteunt cliënten bij fiscale controles.
  • Je werkt samen met collega’s aan een correcte en efficiënte dossieropvolging.
  • Je hebt een relevant diploma in TEW, handelsingenieur, handelswetenschappen of boekhouding.
  • Je beschikt over een ITAA-erkenning en minstens 5 jaar relevante ervaring.
  • Je spreekt en schrijft vloeiend Nederlands. Engels of Duits is een pluspunt.
  • Je hebt ervaring met Exact Online en Silverfin. Kennis van Odoo is mooi meegenomen.
  • Je coacht graag collega’s en helpt hen hun expertise verder uit te bouwen.
  • Je werkt analytisch en nauwkeurig, met oog voor detail en het bredere financiële geheel.
  • Je communiceert helder en bouwt goede relaties op met cliënten en collega’s.
  • Je neemt verantwoordelijkheid en werkt graag samen.
