The posting

Voor een ondersteunende organisatie binnen een infrastructuurgroep zoeken we een Senior Accountant. Je sluit aan bij een transactioneel accountingteam van ongeveer twintig collega’s en draagt bij aan een nauwkeurige en betrouwbare boekhouding.

Je focus ligt op aankoopfacturen, aangevuld met financiële administratie, analyses, rapportering en afsluitingen. Je werkt samen met onder meer Purchasing, HR en Projectadministratie en helpt financiële processen verder te digitaliseren.

Je verantwoordelijkheden:

  • Inboeken en verwerken van aankoop- en verkoopfacturen.
  • Verwerken van bankafschriften en verzorgen van btw-aangiften.
  • Opvolgen van crediteuren en bewaken van openstaande posten.
  • Voorbereiden en uitvoeren van betalingen.
  • Uitvoeren van werkzaamheden voor de maand- en jaarafsluitingen.
  • Verzorgen van financiële analyses en rapporteringen.
  • Aanleveren van informatie en ondersteunen van interne en externe audits.
  • Meewerken aan procesoptimalisatie en digitalisering van financiële workflows.
  • Afstemmen met andere afdelingen om een vlotte en correcte gegevensstroom te garanderen.
  • Je hebt een bachelordiploma in Accountancy, Bedrijfseconomie of een vergelijkbare richting.
  • Je beschikt over 3 jaar relevante ervaring met analytische boekhouding binnen een financiële functie.
  • Je kent de Belgische boekhoudnormen en btw-wetgeving goed.
  • Je hebt interesse in de bouw- en infrastructuursector. Sectorervaring is een pluspunt.
  • Je denkt actief mee over procesverbetering. Ervaring met ERP-implementaties is een troef.
  • Kennis van Navision is een pluspunt; ervaring met Business Central is een extra voordeel.
  • Je werkt vlot met MS Office, vooral Excel.
  • Je werkt nauwkeurig, denkt analytisch en zoekt oplossingen.
  • Je bent proactief, leergierig en werkt graag samen.
  • Je spreekt vloeiend Nederlands en beschikt over kennis van het Frans.
