Voor een accountants- en advieskantoor zoeken we een Senior Dossierbeheerder. Het kantoor begeleidt kmo’s en vrije beroepers met actuele cijfers, persoonlijk contact en praktisch advies. Digitale toepassingen ondersteunen een werking waarin ondernemers snel inzicht krijgen in hun financiële situatie.

Je neemt de inhoudelijke verantwoordelijkheid voor je eigen klantendossiers. Het administratieve team verzorgt de boekingen en bereidt de jaarrekeningen voor. Jij werkt de dossiers af, bewaakt fiscale verplichtingen en bespreekt cijfers en advies met klanten. Voor complexere vraagstukken werk je samen met een partner.

Je verantwoordelijkheden:

  • Opvolgen van de btw-boekhouding en verzorgen van btw-aangiften.
  • Afwerken van balansen en bewaken van fiscale verplichtingen en deadlines.
  • Verzorgen van de personenbelasting voor zelfstandigen en bedrijfsleiders.
  • Bespreken van cijfers en rapporteringen en toelichten van de impact op de onderneming.
  • Zelfstandig geven van basisadvies over loonoptimalisatie, bedrijfswagens, voordelen van alle aard, voorafbetalingen en rapportering.
  • Signaleren van fiscale aandachtspunten en proactief meedenken met klanten.
  • Samenwerken met een partner rond fiscale structuren, financieringen, waarderingen en overnames.
  • Onderhouden van heldere contacten met klanten en collega’s.
  • Vier tot tien jaar ervaring binnen een accountancy- of advieskantoor vormt de basis voor deze functie.
  • Een sterke kennis van de Belgische boekhoudkundige en fiscale wetgeving, waaronder BGAAP, is noodzakelijk.
  • Klantendossiers zelfstandig beheren en inhoudelijk opvolgen gaat je vlot af.
  • Dankzij een zorgvuldige planning stel je zelfstandig prioriteiten en bewaak je deadlines.
  • In contacten met klanten communiceer je helder, toegankelijk en adviesgericht.
  • Samenwerken en oplossingsgericht meedenken passen bij je werkhouding.
  • Digitale tools spreken je aan. Ervaring met Yuki, Silverfin of AdminPulse is een pluspunt.
  • Een eerste ervaring met AI, privé of professioneel, is mooi meegenomen.
  • Een ITAA-stage of erkenning als accountant is een troef.
