The posting

Voor een internationaal groeiend familiebedrijf gespecialiseerd in gewapende betonnen tanks zoeken we een Site Manager. De onderneming realiseert projecten voor waterzuivering, biogasinstallaties en industriële toepassingen.

Je coördineert dagelijks verschillende grotere projecten en bent het centrale aanspreekpunt op de werf. Je organiseert de werkzaamheden en bewaakt een veilige, kwalitatieve en rendabele uitvoering volgens planning.

Je verantwoordelijkheden:

  • Aansturen van montageploegen, bouwteams en onderaannemers.
  • Optreden als aanspreekpunt voor klanten, leveranciers en andere betrokken partijen.
  • Bewaken van planning, kwaliteit, veiligheid en rendement.
  • Organiseren en opvolgen van materialen, leveringen en transporten.
  • Signaleren van risico’s en oplossen van praktische en technische problemen.
  • Opvolgen van werfvergaderingen en gemaakte afspraken.
  • Verzorgen van interne communicatie, rapportering en werfadministratie.
  • Nauw samenwerken met ervaren projectmanagers.
  • Je hebt een bachelordiploma in een technische richting, zoals bouwkunde, elektromechanica of energietechnologie, of bent gelijkwaardig door ervaring.
  • Je combineert technisch inzicht met een praktische, oplossingsgerichte aanpak.
  • Je stelt prioriteiten, bewaart het overzicht en schakelt vlot tussen verschillende projecten.
  • Je communiceert helder en werkt constructief samen met uiteenlopende betrokkenen.
  • Je hebt een goede kennis van het Nederlands en een basiskennis van Engels en Frans.
  • Je neemt graag verantwoordelijkheid en toont initiatief.
  • Je bent flexibel en bereid om voornamelijk op de werven aanwezig te zijn.
