The posting

Voor een familiale bouwgroep zoeken we een Tender Ingenieur Infrastructuur voor de afdeling Publiek-Private Samenwerking (PPS). Je ondersteunt de tenderfase van complexe infrastructuurprojecten en vertaalt aanbestedingsvereisten naar een technisch onderbouwd en concurrerend voorstel.

Je werkt nauw samen met engineers, projectmanagers, studiebureaus, calculatie en commerciële collega’s. Daarbij beoordeel je technische oplossingen, haalbaarheid en risico’s en stem je het voorstel af op de uitvoering, planning, efficiëntie en verkeersimpact.

Je verantwoordelijkheden:

  • Verzamelen, analyseren en voorbereiden van technische documentatie, ontwerpen, berekeningen en rapporteringen voor tenders.
  • Ontleden van complexe aanbestedingsdossiers en zoeken naar optimalisaties.
  • Vertalen van eisen en specificaties naar een volledig en samenhangend technisch voorstel.
  • Uitvoeren van technische risicoanalyses en beoordelen van de haalbaarheid binnen budget, planning en technische randvoorwaarden.
  • Uitwerken van maatregelen om technische risico’s te beheersen.
  • Opstellen van technische kostenramingen en ondersteunen van de tenderbudgettering.
  • Samenwerken met de calculatiedienst om oplossingen en alternatieven financieel te optimaliseren, met behoud van kwaliteit en veiligheid.
  • Afstemmen met het tenderteam en de verantwoordelijke voor fasering en planning.
  • Voorstellen van innovatieve ontwerp- en uitvoeringsmethoden.
  • Bewaken van de kwaliteit van technische documenten en de naleving van wetgeving, normen en richtlijnen.
  • Je beschikt over een ingenieursdiploma in Civiele Techniek, Werktuigbouwkunde, Bouwkunde of een vergelijkbare technische richting.
  • Je hebt 3 tot 5 jaar relevante ervaring in een technische functie binnen de infrastructuursector.
  • Ervaring met de tenderfase van complexe projecten, bij voorkeur PPS-projecten, is gewenst. Ervaring met grote infrastructuurprojecten is een troef.
  • Je kent aanbestedingsprocessen, tenderdocumenten en contractuele afspraken binnen de infrastructuursector grondig.
  • Je hebt ervaring met het ontwikkelen van technische oplossingen voor complexe infrastructuurwerken.
  • Je bent vertrouwd met CAD, Navisworks en MS Office.
  • Je communiceert vlot in Nederlands en Engels, mondeling en schriftelijk.
  • Je denkt analytisch en oplossingsgericht en combineert technische met commerciële affiniteit.
  • Je werkt nauwkeurig, constructief en kwaliteitsgericht.
  • Je bent proactief, flexibel en stressbestendig en zoekt creatief naar verbeteringen.
