The posting

Voor een onderneming gespecialiseerd in milieutechniek zoeken we een Werkvoorbereider / Calculator. Je werkt aan projecten rond onder meer in-situ bodemsanering en waterzuivering, samen met Belgische en Nederlandse collega’s.

Als schakel tussen de projectleider en werfleider zorg je voor een grondige voorbereiding en correcte kostprijscalculatie. Je organiseert de aankoop van materialen, maakt afspraken met onderaannemers en helpt projecten binnen planning en budget realiseren.

Je verantwoordelijkheden:

  • Opstellen van kostprijscalculaties en offertes.
  • Inkopen van materialen binnen de vastgelegde begroting.
  • Maken en opvolgen van afspraken met leveranciers en onderaannemers.
  • Organiseren van de volledige werkvoorbereiding.
  • Nauw samenwerken met projectleiders en werfleiders.
  • Bewaken van kwaliteit, planning en budget.
  • Signaleren en oplossen van knelpunten en onvoorziene situaties.
  • Je hebt een afgeronde opleiding in civiele techniek of voldoende kennis van het vakgebied.
  • Ervaring met calculeren in Buildsoftware en AutoCAD is een pluspunt.
  • Werkervaring is welkom, maar je krijgt ook de mogelijkheid om het vak te leren.
  • Je plant en organiseert vlot en bewaakt deadlines.
  • Je werkt ordelijk, nauwkeurig en zelfstandig.
  • Je communiceert helder en onderhoudt goede contacten met collega’s en externe partners.
  • Je neemt initiatief, bent praktisch ingesteld en staat stevig in je schoenen.
  • Je werkt graag samen binnen een team.
