Estamos em busca de um(a) Comprador(a) para integrar nossa equipe!

Principais atividades:

  1. Realizar a aquisição de materiais, produtos, equipamentos e serviços conforme as necessidades da empresa;
  2. Efetuar cotações, analisar propostas comerciais e negociar preços, prazos, condições de pagamento e entrega;
  3. Emitir pedidos de compra e acompanhar as entregas, garantindo o cumprimento dos prazos acordados;
  4. Atender às solicitações de compras das áreas internas, considerando prioridades e especificações técnicas;
  5. Desenvolver e manter relacionamento com fornecedores, buscando novas oportunidades de negociação;
  6. Identificar oportunidades de redução de custos e geração de saving;
  7. Acompanhar os processos de compra e manter registros e informações atualizados no sistema ERP;
  8. Avaliar fornecedores e contribuir para a qualidade, eficiência e melhoria contínua dos processos de Suprimentos;
  9. Garantir que as aquisições estejam de acordo com as políticas internas e alçadas de aprovação;
  10. Acompanhar indicadores de compras, custos, prazos de entrega e desempenho dos fornecedores.

Requisitos:

  • Ensino superior completo ou em andamento em Administração, Logística, Gestão Comercial ou áreas correlatas;
  • Experiência com compras, cotações e negociação com fornecedores;
  • Conhecimento em análise de propostas comerciais, preços e condições de aquisição;
  • Conhecimento em sistemas ERP e Excel intermediário;
  • Boa comunicação, organização, proatividade e habilidade para trabalhar com prazos e demandas simultâneas.

Diferenciais:

  • Experiência com compras de materiais elétricos, equipamentos e serviços;
  • Conhecimento no sistema ERP Sankhya;
  • Experiência com indicadores de compras, saving e lead time;
  • Conhecimento em gestão e avaliação de fornecedores.
