The posting

Fiola is al enkele jaren partner in het project RTJ De Tafels. Via dit project brengen we de stem van de VAPH-sector én die van de gezinnen die we ondersteunen mee aan tafel. We sturen hiervoor een collega uit die Fiola en onze doelgroepen met kennis van zaken kan vertegenwoordigen.

We zoeken extra versterking in regio Zuid Oost-Vlaanderen. We verwelkomen graag een nieuwe collega die mee impact wil maken in de regio.

In dit samenwerkingsverband versterk je een team waarin collega’s vanuit verschillende sectoren binnen de rechtstreeks toegankelijke jeugdhulp de krachten bundelen. Je werkt vanuit de visie en methodieken van RTJ De Tafels, helemaal gedragen door Fiola. Samen met je teamleden help je die verder verfijnen en vormgeven. Er is veel ruimte om te groeien, te leren en je expertise te verdiepen.

Wat neem je mee?Je brengt jouw kennis en ervaring rond personen met een beperking mee in het team en zet die gericht in om gezinnen vooruit te helpen.

Wat doe je concreet?

  • Je vertrekt altijd vanuit de vraag van de jongere (0–25 jaar) en zijn/haar gezin of context. Je biedt kortdurende ondersteuning (ongeveer 5 maanden), mobiel of ambulant, waarbij het gezin de regie opneemt.
  • Je werkt krachtgericht: je vertrekt vanuit wat mensen zelf kunnen, in verbinding met hun netwerk en andere hulpinstanties.
  • Je zoekt actief mee naar perspectief en mogelijkheden vanuit je eigen expertise.
  • Je ondersteunt gezinnen via o.a. gezinsplannen, netwerkoverleg, concrete hulp, en het leggen van betekenisvolle verbindingen.

Om de uitwisseling van informatie tussen RTJ De Tafels en Fiola vzw zo optimaal te laten verlopen is het aangewezen dat je deel uitmaakt van een team in Zuid Oost-Vlaanderen.Je bent woonachtig in de regio Zuid Oost-Vlaanderen en bent in het bezit van een rijbewijs B.
