Local de atuação: Sede da FIOTEC, Manguinhos RJ.

Atividades a serem desenvolvidas:

Responsável por planejar e supervisionar as atividades de exportação e importação, abrangendo toda a cadeia logística dos projetos da Fiocruz apoiados pela Fiotec. Atua em conformidade com a legislação e com as exigências dos órgãos de controle de comércio exterior no Brasil e nos demais países envolvidos nas relações comerciais, visando ao desenvolvimento de fornecedores nacionais e internacionais, à melhoria das condições de negociação e ao atendimento eficiente das demandas dos projetos apoiados.

Conhecimentos e cursos importantes para o desenvolvimento das atividades:

  • Inglês avançado ou fluente (avaliação escrita e oral);
  • Desejável pós-graduação ou MBA nas áreas de: Comércio Exterior, Logística Internacional, Relações Internacionais, Supply Chain, Gestão Aduaneira, Negócios Internacionais ou em áreas afins;
  • Experiência em Comércio Exterior, com vivência em operações de importação e exportação, logística internacional, negociação com fornecedores, relacionamento com órgãos anuentes;
  • Desejável atuação em liderança / gestão de equipe e supervisão de processos;
  • Experiência em câmbio, pagamentos internacionais, carta de crédito, contratos de câmbio, cobertura cambial e análise de custos financeiros das operações;
  • Conhecimento intermediário a avançado em Pacote Office, especialmente Excel, para controle, análise e acompanhamento de indicadores da área;
  • Domínio dos processos de importação e exportação, incluindo DI, DUIMP, DU-E, LI, LPCO e demais registros aplicáveis às operações de comércio exterior;
  • Conhecimento em regimes aduaneiros especiais, tais como admissão temporária, trânsito aduaneiro, drawback, entre outros aplicáveis às operações da área;
  • Conhecimento em documentação internacional, incluindo Commercial Invoice, Proforma Invoice, Packing List, BL, AWB, certificado de origem, apólice de seguro e demais documentos aplicáveis;
  • Domínio dos sistemas e plataformas de comércio exterior, incluindo Portal Único Siscomex, Receita Federal do Brasil, órgãos anuentes e sistemas correlatos.
