Perform mechanical assembly, fastening, bonding, wire routing, connector termination, and soldering to workmanship standards. Complete router sign-offs and build records accurately and in real time, including serial and lot traceability. Hand off completed assemblies to Inspection and Test using the standard handoff log, including part number, quantity, MOT, and open items. Identify, tag, and segregate nonconforming material, and support NCMR entry and disposition in Jira. Support first article builds and new product introduction by redlining work instructions and recommending assembly method improvements. Maintain a clean, organized work area following 5S, FOD prevention, and ESD control practices. Perform rework and repair per approved dispositions and engineering direction. Why it works

3×

more interviews than doing it yourself with ChatGPT.

ChatGPT writes a CV and never learns what happened to it. We see every reply. For each CV we know:

  • How it was written, and how the review scored it
  • When we applied, and how long after the posting went up
  • Which posting, which company, which city
  • Who got the interview, and who heard nothing

That is how we know which CVs get called.
