Das erwartet Dich bei uns

Als Key Account Manager (m/w/d) bist Du die zentrale Schnittstelle zu unseren wichtigen Kunden. Du baust langfristige Beziehungen auf, verstehst die Anforderungen unserer Kunden und erkennst Potenziale für neue Aufträge. Dabei verbindest Du technisches Verständnis mit Deiner Leidenschaft für Kunden und Vertrieb und trägst aktiv zum weiteren Wachstum bei.

Deine Aufgaben bei uns

  • Kundenbetreuung: Du pflegst die Beziehungen zu unseren Bestandskunden, bist zentraler Ansprechpartner und sorgst für eine langfristige und vertrauensvolle Zusammenarbeit
  • Auftragsakquise: Du identifizierst neue Aufträge und Projekte bei bestehenden Kunden, gehst diese aktiv an und entwickelst daraus konkrete Geschäftsmöglichkeiten
  • Kundenentwicklung: Du analysierst die individuellen Anforderungen Deiner Kunden
  • Projektverantwortung und Projektkoordination: Du übernimmst die technische und kaufmännische Verantwortung für Deine Projekte innerhalb des wiederkehrenden Modernisierungsgeschäftes. Unterstützt wirst Du dabei von Backoffice-Funktionen aus der Region
  • Projektsteuerung: Du planst und koordinierst Termine, Kosten und Ressourcen, behältst das Projektbudget im Blick und stellst eine wirtschaftliche Umsetzung sicher

Das bringst Du mit

  • Qualifikation: Du verfügst über eine abgeschlossene kaufmännische oder technische Ausbildung
  • Erfahrung: Du verfügst über fundierte Erfahrung im Key Account Management und oder im Modernisierungsgeschäft des konventionellen Spinklergewerkes, Vertrieb oder einer vergleichbaren Position
  • Technisches Verständnis: Du bringst einen technischen Hintergrund mit und kannst Kundenanforderungen schnell verstehen
  • Kommunikation: Du kommunizierst souverän und überzeugend und hast Freude daran, langfristige Kundenbeziehungen aufzubauen
  • Sprache: Du verfügst über sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
  • Mobilität: Du besitzt einen Führerschein der Klasse B und bist gerne persönlich bei unseren Kunden vor Ort
