Eine leistungsstarke Buchhaltung sorgt dafür, dass finanzielle Prozesse heute und in Zukunft zuverlässig funktionieren. Starte bei uns als Leitung Buchhaltung (m/w/d) und übernimm die fachliche und disziplinarische Führung unseres Buchhaltungsteams. Gemeinsam mit Deinem Team entwickelst Du Prozesse weiter, stärkst die Zusammenarbeit und schaffst die Basis für effiziente und zukunftsorientierte Finanzprozesse.

Deine Aufgaben bei uns

  • Führung: Fachliche und disziplinarische Führung sowie Weiterentwicklung eines Buchhaltungsteams mit den Bereichen Kreditoren-, Debitoren- und Hauptbuchhaltung
  • Hauptbuchhaltung: Verantwortung für die ordnungsgemäße Hauptbuchhaltung einschließlich Anlagenbuchhaltung, Rückstellungen sowie der Begleitung von Monats- und Jahresabschlüssen nach HGB
  • Zusammenarbeit: Enge Abstimmung mit Controlling, Management sowie internen und externen Ansprechpartnern
  • Qualitätssicherung: Sicherstellung einer termingerechten, qualitativ hochwertigen und rechtskonformen Buchhaltung
  • Projekte: Mitarbeit an bereichsübergreifenden Projekten sowie Unterstützung bei der Weiterentwicklung unserer System- und Prozesslandschaft

Das bringst Du mit

  • Qualifikation: Erfolgreich abgeschlossenes betriebswirtschaftliches Studium mit Schwerpunkt Rechnungswesen oder eine vergleichbare kaufmännische Qualifikation mit entsprechender Weiterbildung (z. B. Bilanzbuchhalter (IHK))
  • Führungserfahrung: Mehrjährige Erfahrung in der Führung eines Buchhaltungsteams
  • Fachwissen: Fundierte praktische Kenntnisse in der Hauptbuchhaltung, insbesondere in den Bereichen Anlagenbuchhaltung, Abschreibungen, Rückstellungen sowie Monats- und Jahresabschluss nach HGB
  • Prozesskompetenz: Erfahrung in der Optimierung von Prozessen sowie eine hohe Digitalaffinität und Freude daran, Veränderungen aktiv mitzugestalten
  • Persönlichkeit: Strukturierte Arbeitsweise, Kommunikationsstärke sowie ein motivierender Führungsstil mit Fokus auf den Menschen hinter den Mitarbeitenden
  • Erfahrung: Idealerweise Kenntnisse aus einem produzierenden Unternehmen; Erfahrung bei ERP-Migrationen sowie mit Dynamics 365 Business Central von Vorteil
  • Sprache: Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift, gute Englischkenntnisse
