Das erwartet Dich bei uns

Als Projektassistent (m/w/d) Service unterstützt Du unsere Projektleiter bei der technischen und organisatorischen Abwicklung von Service-, Wartungs- und Modernisierungsprojekten im Bereich Brandschutz. Dabei übernimmst Du abwechslungsreiche Aufgaben in der technischen Projektbearbeitung, im Bestellwesen und in der Projektdokumentation.

Deine Aufgaben bei uns

  • Projektunterstützung: Unterstützung der Projektleiter im operativen Tagesgeschäft sowie Koordination und Nachverfolgung projektbezogener Aufgaben und Termine
  • Planbearbeitung: Anpassung bestehender Planungsunterlagen mittels AutoCAD
  • Bestellwesen: Einholung von Angeboten, Auslösung und Nachverfolgung von Bestellungen für Materialien und technische Komponenten sowie Abstimmung mit Lieferanten
  • Dokumentation: Erstellung und Pflege von Stücklisten, Aufmaßen und technischen Projektunterlagen sowie Sicherstellung einer vollständigen und strukturierten Dokumentation
  • Schnittstellenmanagement: Enge Zusammenarbeit mit Projektleitung, Einkauf und weiteren internen Fachbereichen zur reibungslosen Abwicklung der Serviceprojekte

Das bringst Du mit

  • Qualifikation: Technische oder handwerkliche Ausbildung sowie ein ausgeprägtes technisches Verständnis und einer praxisorientierten Arbeitsweise
  • Fachkenntnisse: Idealerweise bringst Du bereits Kenntnisse in der Gebäudetechnik sowie im Bereich Brandschutz und Sprinkleranlagen mit
  • IT-Kenntnisse: Sicherer Umgang mit MS Office und AutoCAD
  • Persönlichkeit: Kommunikationsstarke, teamorientierte und eigeninitiative Persönlichkeit mit einer strukturierten und selbstständigen Arbeitsweise
  • Weitere Anforderungen: Führerschein der Klasse B sowie sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
