Du möchtest Projekte nicht nur begleiten, sondern von Anfang bis Ende Verantwortung übernehmen? Dann bist Du bei uns genau richtig. Als Projektleiter (m/w/d) steuerst Du anspruchsvolle Projekte im Bereich Brandschutz und bist dabei die zentrale Schnittstelle zwischen Kunden, internen Fachbereichen und weiteren Projektbeteiligten. Mit Deinem technischen Know-how und Deiner strukturierten Arbeitsweise sorgst Du dafür, dass unsere Projekte wirtschaftlich, termingerecht und erfolgreich umgesetzt werden.

Deine Aufgaben bei uns

  • Projektverantwortung: Du übernimmst die technische und kaufmännische Verantwortung für Deine Projekte vom Kick-off bis zum erfolgreichen Abschluss und greifst dabei auf die notwendigen internen Ressourcen zurück
  • Projektsteuerung: Du planst und koordinierst Termine, Kosten und Ressourcen, behältst das Projektbudget im Blick und stellst eine wirtschaftliche Umsetzung sicher
  • Kunden & Projektbeteiligte: Du bist zentraler Ansprechpartner für Kunden, Gutachter und weitere externe Projektbeteiligte und stimmst Dich regelmäßig mit allen relevanten Ansprechpartnern ab
  • Technische Projektabwicklung: Du führst hydraulische Berechnungen durch, unterstützt bei der technischen Planung und stellst gemeinsam mit den beteiligten Teams eine fachgerechte Projektdokumentation sicher
  • Nachtragsmanagement: Du erkennst zusätzliche Leistungen und Nachtragspotenziale frühzeitig, arbeitest diese aus und begleitest die erfolgreiche Durchsetzung beim Kunden

Das bringst Du mit

  • Qualifikation: Du hast eine abgeschlossene technische oder kaufmännische Ausbildung oder ein abgeschlossenes Studium in einem technischen Bereich
  • Erfahrung: Du verfügst über fundierte Erfahrung im Projektmanagement und bringst idealerweise Kenntnisse in Gebäude- oder Brandschutztechnik mit
  • IT Kenntnisse: Du gehst sicher mit Microsoft Office um und verfügst idealerweise über Kenntnisse in AutoCAD
  • Mobilität: Du besitzt einen Führerschein der Klasse B
  • Sprache: Du verfügst über fließende Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
