Folia Singapore | HarbourFront Target opening: Mid-February 2027

Join Folia’s opening team! We serve wholesome, delicious food cooked from scratch, inspired by the Mediterranean diet with Southeast Asian flavours.

Your role

  • Prepare and cook dishes consistently to Folia’s standards.
  • Support daily kitchen preparation and service.
  • Maintain kitchen cleanliness, food safety and good stock control.

We’re looking for

  • Relevant cooking experience.
  • A positive, can-do attitude and willingness to learn.
  • A reliable team player who takes pride in quality food.

Work with our kitchen team and learn from Italian-Australian Chef from Sydney.

Staff meals and opportunities for growth. Primarily weekday shifts, with Saturdays and events as required.
