Bij Firmitas geloven we dat gedrag altijd iets vertelt. Zeker wanneer gedrag complex is, vraagt dit om iemand die verder kijkt, goed luistert en samen met teams zoekt naar wat een cliënt écht nodig heeft.

Voor onze organisatie zoeken wij een gedragsdeskundige die cliënten, begeleiders en teams ondersteunt bij complexe begeleidingsvragen binnen de gehandicaptenzorg.

Wat ga je doen?

Als gedragsdeskundige bied je psychologische en orthopedagogische ondersteuning aan cliënten met een verstandelijke beperking en moeilijk verstaanbaar gedrag. Je analyseert gedrag, stelt behandel- en ondersteuningsplannen op en vertaalt jouw inzichten naar praktische en haalbare adviezen voor de dagelijkse begeleiding.

Je werkt nauw samen met begeleiders, teamleiders, verwanten en andere disciplines. Daarnaast coach en train je teams, zodat zij met meer vertrouwen, duidelijkheid en rust kunnen aansluiten bij de behoeften van de cliënt.

Je bent een belangrijke inhoudelijke schakel in de verdere professionalisering van de zorg binnen Firmitas.

Wie ben jij?

Jij bent analytisch sterk en hebt oog voor de mens achter het gedrag. Je weet complexe situaties terug te brengen tot duidelijke en werkbare adviezen en kunt daarin goed schakelen tussen inhoud, relatie en organisatie.

Je bent reflectief, verbindend en stevig wanneer dat nodig is. Daarnaast weet je teams te versterken zonder het eigenaarschap over te nemen.

Verder breng je mee:

  • Een afgeronde WO-opleiding Psychologie, Orthopedagogiek of vergelijkbaar
  • Ervaring binnen de gehandicaptenzorg
  • Kennis van en affiniteit met moeilijk verstaanbaar gedrag (MVG)
  • Ervaring met multidisciplinair samenwerken
  • Een coachende en toegankelijke communicatiestijl
  • Vermogen om teams te begeleiden en te versterken
  • Een open, lerende houding en motivatie om mee te bouwen aan ontwikkeling van de organisatie
