Bij Firmitaszorg geloven we dat goede zorg begint met sterke relaties. Als Relatieregisseur ben jij de verbindende schakel tussen Nidos, onze zorglocaties en de interne organisatie. Je bewaakt afspraken, onderhoudt relaties en zorgt ervoor dat signalen tijdig worden opgepakt.

Je werkt met een kwetsbare doelgroep: alleenstaande minderjarige asielzoekers (AMA’s). Daarbij combineer je betrokkenheid, organisatiesensitiviteit en een sterk gevoel voor kwaliteit.

Waar kom je te werken?

Firmitaszorg biedt beschermd wonen, begeleiding en specialistische ondersteuning binnen de GZ en GGZ. Vanuit een multiculturele visie ondersteunen wij mensen bij het opbouwen van stabiliteit, zelfstandigheid en toekomstperspectief.

Je werkt nauw samen met de Zorgmanager, Directie en onze zorglocaties. Daarnaast ben je het vaste aanspreekpunt voor Nidos.

Wat ga je doen?

Als Relatieregisseur voer je regie op de samenwerking tussen Nidos en Firmitaszorg. Je bewaakt de kwaliteit van de dienstverlening, onderhoudt contacten en zorgt voor een goede afstemming tussen alle betrokken partijen.

Je houdt je onder andere bezig met:

  • Het onderhouden van de relatie met Nidos en andere belangrijke stakeholders.
  • Het bezoeken van locaties en voeren van overleg.
  • Het signaleren van kansen, risico’s en verbeterpunten.
  • Het opstellen van rapportages en managementinformatie.
  • Het bewaken van afspraken, kwaliteit en opvolging.
  • Het adviseren van management en directie over ontwikkelingen binnen de samenwerking.

Wie ben jij?

Je bent een sterke verbinder die gemakkelijk schakelt tussen verschillende belangen. Je communiceert helder, denkt analytisch en weet mensen met elkaar te verbinden.

Daarnaast beschik je over:

  • HBO werk- en denkniveau.
  • Minimaal 5 jaar relevante werkervaring binnen relatiebeheer, accountmanagement, zorgmanagement of een vergelijkbare functie.
  • Ervaring binnen de zorg, het sociaal domein of een vergelijkbare omgeving.
  • Kennis van wet- en regelgeving binnen de zorg.
  • Goede beheersing van de Nederlandse en Engelse taal.
  • Ervaring met rapportages en administratieve processen.
  • Cultuur- en traumasensitief werken.
  • Rijbewijs B.

Wat bieden wij jou?

  • Een jaarcontract met uitzicht op een vast dienstverband.
  • Ruimte voor opleiding en ontwikkeling.
