Als teamleider bij Firmitas geef je richting en ruimte aan een team dat alles op alles zet voor mensen met een licht verstandelijke beperking. Je werkt op locatie. Dit kan in zowel Utrecht of Rotterdam zijn. Het betreft woonlocaties of kamer trainingscentra waarbij nabijheid, structuur en praktische ondersteuning centraal staan. Vertrouwen is hierbij essentieel: in de cliënt, in elkaar én in jou.

Jij weet wat er nodig is om een team goed te laten draaien. Je stuurt niet strak, maar wel stevig en duidelijk. Je coacht collega’s in hun vakmanschap, organiseert het dagelijks reilen en zeilen en bewaakt samen met je team de kwaliteit van zorg.

Geen dag is hetzelfde, maar jij houdt het overzicht. En de rust.

Wat je gaat doen

Als teamleider ben jij het eerste aanspreekpunt voor het team en de spil van de locatie. Jij:

  • geeft dagelijks leiding aan een betrokken groep begeleiders
  • ondersteunt collega’s in hun professionele ontwikkeling
  • bewaakt de continuïteit en kwaliteit van zorg en begeleiding
  • regelt een stabiele planning en inzet van personeel
  • stemt af met ketenpartners en andere betrokkenen
  • vertaalt ontwikkelingen in de zorg naar heldere acties op de werkvloer

Je bent zichtbaar op de locatie, aanspreekbaar voor je team en werkt nauw samen met collega-teamleiders en de manager zorg.

Dit neem je mee

  • een afgeronde hbo-opleiding in de zorg, bijvoorbeeld Social Work
  • minstens twee jaar ervaring als leidinggevende in de zorg
  • een coachende stijl en het vermogen om duidelijk te communiceren
  • overzicht en structuur, ook als het even druk is
  • affiniteit met de LVB-doelgroep en kennis van WLZ-indicaties

Je bent iemand die eigenaarschap toont, anderen in hun kracht zet en keuzes durft te maken.
