Unsere Leidenschaft ist es, unseren Airline\-Kunden und ihren Passagieren ein aussergewöhnliches Erlebnis zu bieten \- von der ügestaltung über die Ausführung bis zur Auslieferung. Wir produzieren täglich bis zu 35'000 Mahlzeiten für internationale Fluggesellschaften wie Edelweiss Air, Helvetic Airways und Qatar Airways und beschäftigen rund 280 Mitarbeitende.

Für unser Team am Standort Bassersdorf suchen wir ab sofort oder nach Vereinbarung eine/n:

Sous Chef/in (100%) ===================

Das bewegst Du:

  • Unterstützung und Stellvertretung des Küchenchefs bei den täglichen anfallenden Aufgaben
  • Co\-Leitung des internationalen Küchenteams
  • Zubereitung der Speisen nach Rezeptur und Spezifikation der jeweiligen Airline
  • Verantwortung für Ordnung und Sauberkeit im Arbeitsbereich
  • Sicherstellen einer termingerechten und ordnungsgemässen Auftragsausführung
  • Dokumentation der gekochten Speisen nach den HACCP\-Richtlinien (CCP 1\&2\)
  • Arbeiten nach den HACCP\-Richtlinien (Hygienevorschriften)
  • Teilnahme an internen Inventuren
  • Teilnahme an internen wie externen Präsentationen der Kunden
  • Beurteilung der Qualität von \-/ Halbfertigprodukte
  • Erweiterung des Aufgaben\- Bereichs je nach Erfahrung möglich

So gelingt es Dir:

  • Abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung als Koch / Köchin EFZ oder mind. 5 Jahre Erfahrung als Koch/Köchin
  • Fach\- und Berufserfahrung aus einem Produktionsumfeld von Vorteil
  • Sorgfältiger und kostenbewusster Umgang mit Lebensmitteln
  • Selbständige und saubere Arbeitsweise(arbeiten nach HACCP Richtlinien)
  • Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse sowie gute Englisch\- Kenntnisse
  • Teamplayer, zuverlässig, motiviert
  • Gutes Zeitmanagement
  • Flexibilität sowie Bereitschaft im Schichtdienst sowie Mehrarbeit in der Hochsaison
  • Gute Kommunikationsfähigkeit sowie Offenheit für Neues
  • Prioritätensetzung
  • Erfahrung in der Führung von Mitarbeitern eines internationalen Umfelds
