Overview

This is a hybrid role with the expectation that time working will regularly take place inside and outside of a company office.

This position is responsible for supporting the onboarding, implementation, and activation of escrow and regulated-segregated deposit solutions across the Commercial Bank. The role coordinates implementation activities, assists with client onboarding, supports documentation review, facilitates account setup activities, and helps ensure client relationships are successfully activated.

The position partners closely with Escrow Specialists, Treasury Management, Commercial Banking, Operations, Product Management, Legal, Compliance, Risk, and Technology teams to support implementation execution and deliver a high-quality onboarding experience.

The role supports traditional escrow solutions as well as emerging other approved regulated-segregated deposit structures.

Responsibilities & Qualifications

  • Documentation & Account Setup: Coordinate collection, review, validation, and tracking of onboarding documentation. Support account opening, implementation setup activities, account maintenance requests, and execution of implementation requirements. Ensure documentation packages are complete and compliant with established procedures.
  • Project Coordination & Client Onboarding Support: Support implementation activities by tracking milestones, monitoring implementation progress, coordinating meetings, communicating status updates, and assisting internal teams and clients throughout the onboarding process. Help facilitate timely activation of client relationships.
  • Operational Readiness & Process Execution: Assist with implementation workflow execution, account configuration support, readiness tracking, testing coordination, issue resolution, and implementation quality reviews. Escalate implementation risks, delays, or operational concerns as appropriate.
  • Risk Management & Regulatory Compliance: Support implementation controls, perform documentation reviews, validate procedural requirements, and ensure implementation activities comply with applicable policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
  • Process Improvement & Team Support: Participate in process improvement initiatives, implementation reporting, training activities, procedure documentation updates, and special projects supporting the growth and scalability of the Escrow Solutions business.

Minimum Required Education and Experience:

Bachelor's Degree and 2 years' experience in Commercial Banking, Deposit Operations, Client Onboarding, Project Coordination, Account Administration, OR High School Diploma or GED/Equivalent and 6 years' experience in Commercial Banking, Deposit Operations, Client Onboarding, Project Coordination, Account Administration.

Preferred Area of Experience: Escrow Operations, Treasury Management Implementation, Trust, Custody, Regulated Deposit Products

Preferred Area of Study: Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, Economics, Banking.

Preferred Education Level: Bachelor's Degree or higher.
