The posting

First National Bank of America is seeking customer-focused bilingual candidates to join our Call Center team. We are willing to train individuals who possess exceptional communication and customer service skills, regardless of their previous work experience.

The ideal candidate is goal-oriented, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and enjoys helping customers. As a valued member of our team, you will work alongside dedicated professionals committed to providing outstanding service while assisting customers with a variety of inquiries and situations.

Compensation

  • Competitive hourly wage
  • Monthly performance-based incentive opportunities
  • Shift premium for hours worked after 5:00 PM

Location: Our Lansing office is conveniently located near East Lansing, making it an excellent opportunity for local residents and students.

Responsibilities

  • Answer incoming calls and other communications from loan customers and assist with a variety of inquiries
  • Resolve customer requests in a timely, professional, and courteous manner
  • Make outbound calls to provide follow-up support and exceptional customer service
  • Accurately create, update, and maintain customer records

Qualifications

  • Bilingual in Portuguese and English and/or Spanish and English required
  • Strong communication and customer service skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Basic computer and data entry skills
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks while maintaining attention to detail
